  1. What did the plugs look like? Were they both the same? Were the slip-ons and K&N on when you bought it? 200 is stock main , when air flow is changed jetting must be adjusted also Look in jetting/exhaust forum to find set up simular to yours to get closer on jetting. Does it still have the snail turd stock head pipe? On jetting it's better to be fat.
  2. Do other brands use a tors? Or other Yammies other than 'Shee and Blaster? Just looked at the Warrior ,no wires at throttle ,couldn't really see carb well enough.
  3. Oil seal is on left side of crankcase right by sproket.
  4. Bowl with brass "BB" goes on carb with choke.
  5. Have you been oiling the K&N properly?
  6. Cutaway on slides faces air cleaner. Is choke crossover tube on? Slides synced at least by eye? Correct bowl on left carb?
  7. http://www.blasterforum.com/engine-13/cylinder-porting-diy-25773/ General Basics of porting, even though it shows a Blaster cyl., its basically the same. The trick is HOW MUCH to raise port roofs. Because of languge differences , do I understand you correctly that your cylinders can NOT be bored out any more? If that is the case , a clean up certainly will not hurt. A lot of information to read AND understand before you go crazy with a grinder. Also, just wondering, are you typing in English , or are you using an Arabic / English translation program? Hope this helps , post back if you have more questions.
  8. Let us know what you find out.
  9. Talk to M&M about it, it's their beast.
  10. Welcome to BHQ!! A little more info would be helpful. Does it not rev up at all, or bogs at certain part of powerband? Did you change something and now it does it? My guess is TORS or parking brake. Do a search for removal .
  11. X-2 ,Got 87 could use boot.
  12. Welcome to BHQ !! Looks like a good start for a project. Just noticed it didn't have a chain , LOL. Also needs air cleaners, hope it wasn't run that way. Lots of potential ,nice AM parts. Can I ask what you did trade for it??
  13. If I read this right it broke between upper and lower ring at exhaust port? Was port properly champhered? Beat me to it I type slow ,lol
  14. You could do leakdown test, or spray starting fluid or brake clean around carbs/intake. If that doesn't work try cleaning carbs. Or try that first. We presume air filter and plugs are good. Make sure slide caps are tite.
  15. If you don't have them , put grease zerks on axle and swing arm. Lube cables often. Change tranny often (depends on which oil) . Keep eye on jetting. Keep nuts and bolts tite. Clean air filter. Don't ignore worn parts, they can cause other damage.
  16. If you're talking conecting head pipe to silencer, you can use a piece of hydrolic hose and two hose clamps.
  17. What carbs do you have and what jets are in it? If they're stock is tors still hooked up?
  18. Baaaaaad motor scooter, Ilove it.
  19. For all I knew he was talking about "straight" pipes without "chambers", ala 4 poker , lol. Also a 2 stroke will run with no pipe, "straight" pipe , any pipe (expansion chamber) , but it will only run correctly (best) with the correct pipe for how the engine is ported. I agree with you that drag pipes do look sweet.

  21. Put your hands in the air and back away from the keyboard ,DON'T do it . Here is what you want http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=135526 Put $300 bux with what you'll waste on that and buy some J-arms from Stellar. BTW, I'd like to know what an old 87S mod is also.
  22. Only have to take clutch cover off. Could set swinger on milk crate and turn wheels over by hand, or push start it . If he won't let you, he trying to off a fubar.
  23. Two things come to mind. First is that your packing is soaked . Second is to completly clean the area of all oil then use rvt or loctite , might even be leaking where "nut" is spot welded to can.
  24. what do you mean by "straight" pipes? Please explain.
  25. In the back of the Clymers manual is wireing diagram. Wires from carbs, throttle, and box on left side of frame is the T.O.r.S. System, throttle override retarded shit. Lawer induced bull. Lots of trouble, not needed. I think the is also a diagram in one of the stickies.
