Same here ruko, bow opens sep 15th and rifle aint until the weekend after thanksgiving. Bow hunting is where its at, I only really go gun hunting to hang out with the boys. I would ditch the fmfs and get a set of pro circuits and then ditch the boost bottle and get a factory crossover to replace boost bottle. And as said earlier its gonna be a little rough taking 50 footers on stock suspension so good luck on that one. If you really want that thing to haul send the cylinders to Jeff @ FAST for a mx port and you'll be golden

If whoever is doing your PC dont blast and prep before PC, I'd be going somewhere else. One problem with anodizing is that the sun will fade it over time. I have a Reinhart exhaust system on my Harley and it has black anodized tips and the older they get the more they fade and its garage kept. I also have some anodizing on my stang and the same issue. If this is of no cost to you I would PC and just redo it if need be.

The stock rad will be fine, the only thing that I would do is swap out coolant for engine ice and throw a billet impeller in the water pump and you'll be golden.

If I was you I would send the cylinders and head out to one of the site sponsors and get your self a dune port, head rechambered and shaved, ditch the T-6s and get a set of T-5s, and pickup an adjustable timing plate and advance your timing 4 degrees, Billet waterpump impeller, then throw a set of 33 PWKs and you'll be kicking their ass. I had Jeff @ FAST do all my port work he's a first class guy who knows how to make em go fast.

The only issue that I ran into with over sized rad is that it didnt clear where my steering stabilizer connects to the steering stem. I had to space the rad out some to clear it so I dont poke a hole in my new rad.

Its a piece of cake to clean and rebuild them. As far as syncing them they do make a tool that costs around $50. Me personally I do by eye and never have any issues, but if you want the sync tool here is a link for one. sync tool its near bottom of the page.
