  1. x2 on pics of the bumper or email them to [email protected]
  2. Hell yea I did and it was great. My kids a few buddies and myself hit the streets with all of the snow we got it had the streets and highways covered for all of saturday and part of sunday. We only had 1 cop say anything to us and all he said was try to slow it down a little. I probably seen about 30 other quads running around also.
  3. My first question is if his brother blew it up how the hell did someone steal it? What they do push it down the road? I personally think that the person that stole it fucked it up and this dude dont even really know whats wrong with it. I wouldn't give him no more then $750 for it. And why does everybody thats trying to sell a banshee advertise it as a race bike? I dont get it
  4. The only thing that this dumb ass is flipping is pancakes and eggs. Come on bro not even a picture of the ramp. The only thing your gonna get by BSing everybody is a bad rep. I dont think your balls are as big as your mouth.
  5. Your most likely going to get different answers from different people, but as for me I would say you should be ok some guys run them some dont. When I changed my swinger I never put one back on I have intentions of doing so but still havent got around to it. And I havent had a problem yet and I do ride around a lot of rocks.
  6. Congrats and welcome bro you have come to right place for everything banshee. If you need anything just ask and I'm sure some one will help you out.
  7. I have hole shot HD'S not razrs but either way their both kick ass tires some people say that the HD'S are too heavy but they are thicker and you will have less flats. As a matter of fact I have not had 1 flat since I changed over to HD'S and they hook up really well. They do pretty good in the snow but the maxxis 4 snow tires are awsome in the snow. When you riding in snow the key is to stay on top of the snow. So a tire with a real aggressive tread will just dig into the snow and not do as good of a job. Tires with a less aggressive tread will ride on top of the snow and will keep you from sinking in and getting stuck. Tires that are designed for mud riding wont be as good in snow because they are made to eject the mud out of the lugs which causes you to just bury the back wheels as where the 4 snow tires ride on top an pack the snow the only problem with them is they are thin and will puncture a lot easier. The same thing applies to car and truck tires also. Next time your at a auto parts or tire store check out the mud tires compared to snow tires and you will see what I mean.
  8. I've got a lot of family in Florida and Iwas thinking about doing the same thing this is what I found I hope it helps ATV Florida
  9. That was some funny ass shit right there I had to send it to everyone I know.
  10. Well it's a sad day in the banshee world. One more bad ass 2 stroke traded for a 4 poke street cruiser just kidding cant wait to see pics of the current and future build.
  11. Maxxis 4 snow gets my vote at least for the snow. Your going to have a hard time trying to find a tire that hooks good on both snow and sand. Two totally different surfaces call for two totally different tires.
  12. The only problem I've had in the snow is just too much power. You have to be light on the throttle. Get yourself some maxxis snow tires they do real nice the faster the tire spins the taller it gets to a certain point anyway. If you aint riding in the snow your really missing out on something its a lot of fun.
  13. X2 on that. I dont see where its worth $7000 I can pick up that year yfz for $3000 or less all day long where I live and if it was a banshee of that year probably about the same. I personally think that your asking about $3500 to much. Sorry just my .02
  14. Welcome to HQ bro. First thing I would do is check the compression it might need a top end rebuild. But you can get a tors elimination kit from one of the site sponsors.
  15. Honing could be done at home with a drill and a honing tool but if your asking about boring your looking at about 30 to 40 per hole. They would most likely hone it for half that price if your not into doing it yourself. Good luck with the build and I dont know if you picked up any parts yet, But before you do check with some people on the site a lot of these guys probably have the stuff you need laying around and would let you have really cheap.
  16. Port work would be nice:headbang:
  17. Once you go black you'll never go back aint that what they say? I think it wiil look great I just picked up a brand new set of ITP bajas for the front for 75 and I'm trying to find a pair for the rear so I can change to black myself. The only down fall I've seen is that if you ride in rocky areas it will tear the powder coat up.
  18. Prices seem more then fair. I would blame it on this shitty economy. I know if I had the cash I'd like to jump on one. Good luck with the sale bump for two kick ass quads
  19. Sounds like you guys are going to have a blast. I wished that I lived out that way it must be great to have sand to ride on even though its rough terrain. Make sure you guys get some vids of the races and post them up.
  20. Welcome to the HQ Bro. Post up some pics of the shee
  21. I got a +4 and I love it I ride mostly trails and woods. I guess it makes things a little tighter in the small trails but to be honest a banshee dont like to be putted around on the tight trails anyway thats not what they are really for as far as I'm concerned. I can still wheelie and power slide with no problem but as far as drag racing or hill shooting it cant be beat and its smooths up the whoops a bunch. And if your riding the dunes I would say go with a +4 you wont regret it.
  22. :cheers:Hey Bro welcome to the HQ post some pics of the shee
  23. Good deal Bro. You made the right choice on where to come there is a shit ton of info on this site with a lot of good people that will try their best to help you out. Good luck with the shee and post up some pics soon. Just watch out Banshees are like taking a hit of crack after one time your addicted.
  24. Personally I think it looks like shit sorry dude just my opinion. I also wanted to say that you cant compare a street bike to a quad. Speed in the woods is a lot different then speed going down the road on a street bike. I ride street bikes all the time and they have never gave me the rush that I get from flying thru the woods or the sand on my shee 75 miles per hour on a quad on the trails feel like 200 on the street. I'm not knocking street bikes I own 2 of them but its like comparing apples to oranges. just my .02
  25. I got a set of grizzly tierods if you need them hit me up
