  1. Pro mod trans is great, makes shifting so nice! Bang through the gears without actually ruining them. Call Jeff at F.a.s.t. Tell him your setup, he will get you the proper domes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Correct. Need thrust washer behind the clutch basket and one inside of it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Anyone heard of a fireball a arm that wasn’t SLW failing? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. For sure cut a few off here…. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Fireball will make you stock width that are not slw. Call them and ask for Roger or Tammie. They will take the order. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I’m currently running a very similar engine build to yours. Had wiseco pistons for too many seasons(like 8 years). Looked great when I decided to rebuild it. I put new wisecos. I’m on third season this year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Run it more fat, your bearings and piston rings will be happy. Easier to change fouled or dirty plugs then replace a leaned out top end. Unless ur racing for money, run it on the edge of lean and get the most power you can, just be prepared to replace pistons. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. SD 2.5 hours from me I get that. Nice. At least you got it dialed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. HJR could t get you tuned correctly? Why switch fuels? Who did the tune? Where the dyno located?, been wanting to dyno one of my bikes. 8 rear rims in my opinion are way better. The tens look nice, but don’t work as well for me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Start with new harness or check continuity on ur cut down harness to ensure it’s good. Hardwiring everything makes it difficult to swap out components to diagnose. Set pickup gap on flywheel? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. That Arm went to Puerto Rico. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Seriously it was a Pain in the ass. Ended up going to two different DMV’s before finally finding someone who knew what they were doing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. If in California, just make an appointment and plan on bringing bike with you plus a way to get it out of truck and back in so they can look at zero idea of what they are doing plus some cash for the govt fees I’ve been asked why the smog equipment isn’t there on a 100% stock banshee here in California. Depends on the dmv person I guess. Some know and some don’t. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Stock frame is not symmetrical from side to side, but it is even. The frame rails under engine are not symmetrical. the front end width should not be offset from the rear. Stock swing arm chain adjustments can be way out and make the rear axle “crooked” I agree with slightly wider in the front, than the rear. Especially in rocks and woods. The front steering stabilizer helps with rocks but not boulders and trees that don’t move. Alba not junk. I like fireball. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. ^^^correct If you really want to hook a vacuum gauge up(absolutely not necessary) You can plumb one into the crossover tube that connects the two rubber intakes that the carbs are attached to. More so need to ensure you don’t have any air leaks and ensure carbs are pulling air at same rate. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Remove the air filters. Use the carb sync tool from Farm and sand toys in the link 375 posted. The sync tool has numbers. That’s ur vacuum. Perform a “leak down” test will ensure you do not have any “vacuum air leaks” Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. 15 year old thread. Just search the jetting and exhaust forum, set yours up for sea level (glamis) and the temp. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Use it. Regular antifreeze 50/50 works great also. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I see the worx shock van driving around here in so cal frequently. Daughter runs the business now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Jetting won’t matter much if you’re not getting spark on both plug wires/caps. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Replaced the complete tube section with the vin#. Tube sections used to be on ebay with titles. Don’t know if they still are. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Is there any advantage to mix matching any brand expansion chambers and any brand silencers? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Unplug tors brain Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Have you done a leak down test? Cylinders ported? Fmf pipes are great. Every engine requires different tunes Are you using original equipment jets and carbs?
