  13. I did “pay” for “show chrome” what ever that means….as I’m not a metal finisher…and of course Im sure price was highly elevated due to Comifornia chemical laws. Might have been less to ship else where but didn’t want to deal with shipping cost let alone possible damages. I was able to drop off and pick up when done. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  18. Gotcha. No I have not bought cushions for this basket yet, I just noticed the size difference in the stock cushions compared to the last two stock baskets I did the same thing with. Last two baskets were both stock 1996 engines. The last two stock baskets appeared to have all 8 same size cushions. Just mangled. They did have the red paper part”gasket” I guess it’s called. One was chewed up so I tossed it and built the basket with cushions from F.A.S.T. They were all the same size. Second basket I used redline cushions(all the same size) I did not reuse use the red paper “gasket” part. I have not ran this basket yet. These two baskets got straight cut gears. Zero issues with the F.A.S.T basket 42 HARD hours on machine. Dunes/ hill climbs, drag racing dirt bikes, wide open lake bed pulls, lots of trail rocks and clutch feathering to rock climbing in Johnson Valley (Look up King of hammers)6 heavy duty springs, none of this half light and half heavy spring for easier pull. I am now working on a third basket..will reuse stock gears, it’s from a 2006, engine has been rebuilt before. I did have to grind the basket rivets. so I can not guarantee that it is a 2006 basket, but it is stock. the cushions are clearly 4 smaller then the other 4. Couple of them show rubber break down. Is there a soft cushion and a hard cushion? Do I reuse the paper red “gasket”? My Plan is to get F.A.S.T or redline cushions again. Tedder wher you at? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  20. Or a soft cushion and a hard cushion? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Do the cushions come in half “small and half big”? Is the red “gasket” to be re used with a billet basket? I have put two billet baskets with straight cut gears. I used cushions from FAST on first basket and didn’t notice small or big, I used redline cushions on second basket didn’t notice small or big. I did not re-use the red “gasket” I have ran the FAST basket with zero issues. I am confident then second will be fine. I am working on a third and I’ll post a picture of this “red gasket” I’m asking about…. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  23. I had his instagram, can’t remember it. Supposedly he still has the jig to make it. I may need to sell it to fund other builds(lmao) I paid more for it then I did that roll arm from you. Got bumper from HP2000. I REALLY wanted to use the roll arm but it would absolutely not fit with a stock shock. It ended up getting sold to PR and I took a 20$ dollar loss minus time. Contacted roll and was told it was definitely a TT arm that was modified and that’s why stock length shock no fit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. You remove clutch cover? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Prolly needs clutch. Engine off, put in gear, pull clutch lever, rotate the rear wheels, if they won’t move, clutch pack is seized…maybe. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
