Told you. HMfer in charge recommended the fox shock. The average rider that has to ask…. will not know the difference between the elka “long travel” setup vs a properly tuned stock shock let alone a fox Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Everyone will prolly tell you to purchase a fox, if you can afford it have axis build you a shock for your weight and riding style. I had TCS here in California build me a stock shock with upgraded internals. I’m very happy with it. Todd was telling me parts are hard to come by for the stocker… Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I agree with this on multiple topics. People used to get money for winning races, now you have to pay to race and get nothing(but to fight for a sponsorship that won’t last) well maybe you get “clout” or to say “I won” The AMA race I did…quads were last to go, had to wait 30 minutes to leave starting line after when supposed to due to a bike crash, dirt bikes go first, guy crashed. The ambulance or Emt service the AMA “hired” wouldn’t go get him cuz terrain was to “rough” Yes I know crashing comes with the territory. I do feel bad for the guy that got hurt, especially because we all payed to race and have an ambulance. But that’s what our AMA membership gets us…. Well atleast they send stickers in the mail everyone they want you to sign back up. I do plan on racing again. But only for fun. Expensive, but fun. District 37, hare and hound. Felt like ten minutes, prolly more like 25. My stock stroke 64.25 bore fully built engine made it ther, climbed like 5-6 times then made it back with maybe 1/2-3/4 gallon of gas. I went last year, and it was a lot. Looks like atleast 30 more banshees than last year and way more other bikes and rides that come to just check it out.
