  1. I have zero clues i tie my clutch lever to the handle bars to prevent plates sticking as I have to many toys and might not start/ride one for 9-12 months. I probaly causing clutch springs to become weak. I really don’t know. I do soak my clutch plates overnight in oil with space between then(not just stacked like pancakes) prior to installing in engine
  2. How much you sell for the elka for?
  3. My first banshee—frame was twisted, couldnt get gas tank off and the steering stop bend would lock the wheels at full turn. second bike, bent subframe, cracked lower arm mounts, third bike—-frame multiple cracks, I think fatigue from jumping. cant find frames anymore for decent prices. More people would gusset it’s the kits were still available I think it was tarantula racing that had them. (it not hard to make gussets, don’t really need to buy a kit, but I’m sure more frames would be done right if someone offered it)
  4. ^^^^makes it shift like butter!!!!!
  5. Replaced with oem carbs? Do the floats float? Remove from carb and put in water. Make sure they are not retaining fuel and causing them from floating. Older brass floats will get pinholes in them or collapse. Not common with plastic floats though.
  6. I have stock cylinders 60$ shipped to the 48 one cylinder needs sleeved

I asked about going +4 on timing and was told with ther port job that it’s not necessary. 1. should I go +4? Got a adjustable plate and a lightened flywheel(not installed yet) 2. race gas or mix? 3. Duncan’s “instructions” for the mid range motor is too run b9es plugs, I have always ran b8es. Why b9?
