  1. Not sure, but I know I put down a mean 59.8 horses and 42 ft/lbs of torque with a very similar setup. You might be able to clear 60horses being that you have the upgraded Vforces than what I had Do you have port work done? If none, then fouledout is right, you may loose a bit of bottom end, if your saving portwork for later then bumping the timing to +5 would compesate a tad on throttle response end, imo. But top end, hold on!
  2. Must have missed it  Id like to run this one w/o a bar if possible though
  3. Only obstruction is the 35mm Pwks i had on it, I put down 59.8 horses and 42.0 ft/lbs of torque. Other mods were vf1s, prodesign cool head with 17cc domes, k&n pods, +4 timing, Toomey T5s, and a trail/dune port.
  4. Where'd this trail shit come from?? 300' sand drags and 4-600ft slightly inclined hills
  5. Just as title says, call/om/txt/ 337-519-3282
  6. anyone out there with a similar setup, im looking for paddle type and gearing. I know my setup has potential to run strong 3's but have no clue as to what gearing the record holders and "faster guys" use, as well well as a tire to compliment the chosen gearing Im just trying to get all the info i can, ive bought many paddles and sprockets for my previous bikes and had to sell, buy and resell many of times, and just something i dont wanna go through with 5,6,700 dollar paddles, ya know
  7. Not at the moment but i can sure take some when i get off, about 6:30CST
  8. great guy here fellas
  9. yea, i would think the bigger bore 78mil would put out more torque, whereas the longer stroke motor would put out a bit more horses. I wouldnt want a tire quite that big (84 roll out) As for where im buying everything and doing the portwork, its probably going to be Andy from M&M, seems like a real nice guy with ok prices, ive talked to many of the big names and they all are ok but you can tell that Andy puts out that EXTRA effort to get what you need and take care of you. soooo :geek:
  10. shit i wish , im questioning this b/c i talked to andy from M&M and rdz and they both quoted me prices along with the 8plate setup, i didnt ask too many questions as to why, just thought id guess some input from u guys
  11. when you say you've ran 14 staggards on your 4 and 14mil, is that the extremes your talking of? and the 14mil is that a cub, supercub,dm? And a 16pdl Staggard Ripper 82roll out I couldnt imagine what that tire looked like... Some damn good info here, that sounds really good, im leaning towards the 14pdl ripper straight blade 78roll out?? NEVER CAN HAVE TOO MANY OPINIONS, keep em comin fellas!
  12. Building a 611cc Cheetah DM motor, 78mmbore 10mil stroke. Ill definately be running the hinson billet basket and lockout for sure, just checking on the other hinson parts...
  13. This is what I have left from the part out... Pm/call/txt 337-519-3282 Check out my ebay feedback! Link in my sig... 12 Paddle Haulers WITH KEVLAR!! 72 roll out with UNIVERSAL polished wheels - 375 Show polished rear shock (front shocks sold in pic, this is only for the rear) - 150 65.5mm Bore Dune ported cylinders with pistons in good condition - 275 OEM Blue fenders (entire set) in good condition, UNCUT and NOT FADED! - 150 ProCircuit Platinums with Forestry approved silencers (lying around in shop, may need painting, depends on your expectations) - 150 Items have been moving quick, alot of disappointed ppl, get them while you can!
  14. o yes, the clutch basket is already on there  soooo im leaning towards the hinsons at this point, thanks dude. ANY MORE OPINIONS?? Keep em comin!
  15. :shoothead: SHOOT ME IN THE ASS alot on my mind... No wheelie bar and its on ALKY baby! As for the 14 extremes, if that lil 4 mil can hook them 16 staggards with an 81 roll out with no wheelie bar , then 14s arent even in the picture
  16. my bad :shoothead: Stock chassis, +12 arched swinger, stock ratio straight cut gears, not sure of gearing (need some info on that as well) 300ft flat track sand drags and few 400-500 slightly inclined hills (and i stress slightly) What would benefit me better, a stronger/more aggresive tire with a lower gearing(acceleration) or a less aggressive tire with a higher gearing(top end)
  17. front shocks SOLD! (alf) Rear show polished shock still up for grabs!
  18. Finally getting close to getting this damn thing on the map  Narrowed it down to 4, 14/15 paddle rippers 22"/73 roll out or 16/18 paddle staggerd extremes 24"/78 roll out. I cant go out and buy all 4 to see what works best so I need you guys on this one! never had something with so much power so im really in the dark here. Just for the record, this DM is going to have a 10mil stroke with a 78mm bore = lots of torque, as ive been told. Also, just for the record, I seen vids of a 4mil running 16pdl staggard extremes 78roll out , launching out the hole like a mad man and whoopin up on everything with 13/43 gearing. I thought I knew a lil something about paddles but I guess I need a bit more research, thus this topic.... I need you guys for this one!
  19. Im wondering if I should get the billet Hinson clutch inner hub and billet outer pressure plate for my 611 DM build. I hear its ready for the 8plate set up i will be running, on the other hand it would cost me only $50 for machining of my OE inner hub and pressure plate, but its still just OEM parts. OPINIONS please!
  20. bump, paid 4200 in 07!
  21. pm sent, but already pending sale on the set
