What do you mean you can't use your choke? Couldn't that be your problem? Does it ever run good? Did you maybe mix up your plug wires? Get a voltage tester to check your stator.
Will do later today. I almost have it all put back together from the winter projects close enough for some pics. You could look at the video in my sig might give you an idea of what it looks like same plastics.
Yeah I wasn't sure about flames but I have silver plastic and can't find any sticker kits I like. Plain sliver and red plastic is too boring for me and a can of spray paint is alot cheaper than 150 dollar sticker kit. You have any other ideas?
Hey I was thinking about using that krylon plastic paint for painting on some flames on my banshee. How do you guys think it would hold up? I put on some of those laser cut flame stickers and they did not hold up at all. So I was going to use stencils and paint some flames on. My painting skills are very limited thats why I was thinking of using the spray paint.
I thought all your guys knew it is a felony to forge a piston  Man I was in a bad mood from waking up with the baby all night but this thread sure cheered me up thanks!
Nope I bid on the wrong one. One I was watching went for a dollar. I didn't think I was going to win I wasn't able to be around a computer anywhere around the time bidding ended. Wish I was the one who got one for a dollar! See look at this lucky bugger
might be better less chance of striping the threads on the puller unless its really stuck. I have a Milwakee 18v cordless impact works great for working on the banshee including the flywheel.
Just get a TORS removal kit you won't regret it. To get the old cable off look down in the slide you'll see two little screws. Undue those and you should be able to figure it out from there.
Hey guys I'm thinking about doing it too, but you all say to make sure to use 93 octane. I was wondering if would be ok to run 91 octane since gas stations in my area don't carry anything higher than 91?
Ok do you still want to trade?
Yes your TORS are gone and those do look like the plugs for the TORS. I think your idling problem is from not installing an idle screw kit but I would need pics of the sides of your carbs to see if they did install them..
Oh and some heads up if you want to trade. Don't send the caps our cables should work on either cap. Also just so you know you will need new grips if you didn't already know.

I had forgotten there is a tear in the rubber boot. There it is. I also took a pic of caps so you could see what they look like with TORS removed.
