  1. Complete tear down. Motor will be getting a 4 mill with a port job from kevin at hjr. Blue plastics all around white frame and accents. powder on the cases and jugs.and if I cant find anyone to rechrome my pipes I guess i just got to buy new ones.
  2. stock setup right now but have a set of jugs that are gonna get ported for a 4 mill by herr jugs and i need to do some math to figure out what size I can run

  5. Just replaced my crankseals, clutch side was bad and it did not suck much oil(I could tell by plugs) but it did blow a lot of pressure into thr clutch cover and tranny causing me to blow a lot of oil out the overflow
  6. Who did the rebuild for you?I had a bad knock on the left side one time and it turned out that the flywheel was loose. As forb the collant get a new head gasket and make sure everything is clean and the head is flat .

  9. Please correct me if I am wrong but I thought the parkink brake rev limiter went through the tors box too. Does It just go to the CDI?

  13. I think my clutch is slipping. When I get on the pipe it seems like the motor takes off and the wheels are left behind. From a stand still it grabs good, but does have a very small engagement . Wich I think is normal...correct????????? I use 10w40 oil in it and just had it off recently due to new seals. Tha fibers looked ok they still had pucks on them. But I dont know what a clutch looks like out of the box so I could be wrong. Motor is stock just a couple of bolt ons so does it sound like i need a new clutch or is it a dif. problem
  14. I got the HD's on the rear and I think they do wear kinda fast but it is a hell of a tire and i dont get a lot of flats either

Well I havent done a chop yet but i have 320 s and 25 s and the clip is 1 notch lean from stock sea level 90 deg and I think I need to go down on the mains cause I get a lil studder once she gets up to operating temp. ? for you. Do you have to run more fuel for higher comp. I have noticed that most guys have larger mains with higer comp.

  20. What can I expect over stock reeds and do I need to rejet?
  21. They keep mud and gunk from clogging the carb holes, possibly going inside
  22. I have been trying to figure out my jetting for a long time now. I was always rich even when i dropped to a 270 so I leaned the needle one clip went back to a 320 and now she hauls ass like never before. Still got to do a plug chop though . I'll be doing that this weekend
