100 or 1.00 . I have a set of namura pistons that say 2.00 on the top and they are 68 mm. 80 over. I would split the cases if I where you just to be safe . iIts not hard at all. Also if you broke a piston skirt theres a good chance that your piston to cylinder wall clearance is too high wich means you need to bore the cylinders out. If you are .100 over then those cylinders are done

When I rebuilt my motor I ended up at 170 psi. Just wondering how much of a drop in compression before i rebuild or freshen up the top end. As long as cylinders and pistons have correct clearance i can just hone and re ring correct ?

Make sure you check the gap on the pickup.

I havent actually chopped these plugs yet but as soon as i pulled them out the color on the strap looks like lean to me. I can see a smoke ring down on the insulator but just aint hack em yet. This is my first time doing this so I dont know if this coloring on the strap is applicable or not. Take a look and let me know please,. I am gonna open them up just gotta go to the shop so i can use the vice.

I currently have a pretty good setup. Mx hardcore port ,4 mill crank, dual stage reeds ,comp at 170 running a 50/50 mix , pwk28's, k and n filter in the box no lid procircuit pipes. I love the low mid power of this setup but would like some more. I don't know what else I can do besides changing the.type of power I'm making ie. Top end, wich is not gonna happen I ride a lot of tight trails. Or going to a serval wich is not in my budget at this time. So can you guys give me some options that I may have overlooked .

if you are pushing the throttle and nothing is happening then the slides arent opening. Pull the filter and push the throttle anl look to see if slides are moving

For a while people wanted the rz350 top ends to gain some low end with out sacrificing topend performance. But now that the serval cylinders have hit the market I wouldn't want them . But that's my personal opinion I'm sure if you eBay em you can get rid of them fairly quickly . People always want something diff to make there Banshee stand out . Do you have the controller to operate the pv s. That will really help the sale. Good luck man
