I currently am running caster 927. I want to switch over to klotz supertech cause the 927 seperates on cold weather. Do I need to completly drain carbs and tank or can I rub it low then put the new mix in. I dont know if they will do some funky stuff if they mix.

crankcase vent hose goes there . there sould be a plastc fitting to slide it on to ant the hose routes to a high point usuall arount the rad and faces down

Since they r on a stock bore i would go ahead and punch them out .010 over and get new pistons. whats to loose. that way you know you have a fresh topend. Your gonna have to buy pistons anyway and the bore ,hone and chamfer is cheap to do. There is plety of life left in those cylinders go all new

I would say 32 if you do a lot of high revving 40 for your play riding. but klotz is top notch shit so 40:1 would be good all the way -
I always use a good nclean basin of some sort. Gas and a old paint brush soak and clean real good the compressed air and oil everthing with whatever oil it takes

I would def say you have an air leak cause i am running 42 pilots at sealevel with a 4 mill mx hardcore port from hjr no lid and a k+n pro circuit pipes

If air screws are all the way in or more then 2.5-3 turns out you def need to go to the next size jet. Also since you have idle screws backed all the way out thats another dead give away. nut make absolutly sure you have no airleaks. What mods do youhave and what is your elevation?

I sent them an E-mail th other day asking if i could get some domes cut the same way they cut there heads. They replied very quickly and told me that this winter they would start to do domes. i hope they do soon cause I would snag a set the day they came out
