  1. that's how mine is made. Has O rings in the bearings. Greg I've been talking to David. He's going to make me a set but was saying he needed a deck height measurment. Cylinders aren't here yet so I can't. He said he can make sure for what they usually are and basically I just gotta hope squish is right. As far as methanol. It will come but right now the wife is ready to chop my head off for the amount if money I've spent lately. I gotta chill. Lol
  2. Ok cool, thanks guys...... No i didnt do a trans. If needed I will but alot of guys say its not necessary, alot do.... Ill just wait and see how she acts, I am modding the star and shift shaft lever to help it shift better..... My MAIN problem is a set of domes. I never knew it was this much trouble to get some domes for a 4 mill drag ported stock cylinder bike..... Im gonna stick with pump gas, maybe throw some 50/50 in there if needed but shyts just to high to run all the time straight. Everyone keeps tellin me to talk to jeff @ fast but he's on vac till the 12th or something from what I got from another guy....I NEED DOMES!

Building my 4 mill, started today and split the cases and got crank in, i ordered a seal kit but honestly the seals look good on mine, how do you know if they are bad? when its back together and starts leaking? lmao, also noticed the hotrod crank didnt have the little dowels on the bearings that the stock crank had does it matter? It seems very cut and dry build, anything i should do while im in there? Im going to mod my star and the shift shaft lever while its apart. Good idea? also putting it back together just yamabond the whole matting surface? Also got me a direct drive lockout cover and lockout from arfountain (thanks again) and i really dont see how this thing helps at all, lol the weights are the bolts and nuts? i mean does it really apply more pressure or is it a gimmick, i see the thought behind it but its nothing like a lockout on a streetbike..... Im putting it on reguardless tho.... Thanks and any pointers will be helpful......

  5. I'd like to get 400 at least, if you can't work with that lemme know what u have in mind. I payed well over 700 for the portwork, cylinders and pistons, they were stock bore with 1 bore to clean up portwork. Alotta life left in em

  8. I used all 6 heavy duty springs from the FAST kit, gotta direct drive lockup and cover coming, i may alternate them then.

  10. Yea, the wifey is already pissed lol. Her 250 dollar fathers day present (the crank) has turned into about a grand for the cylinders pistons domes lockout cover and lockout. I'm trying to sell my t5s in the for sale section along with some drag ported cylinders to get me some OOF cpi's. Thanks for the info!!!
  11. David, I didnt get the domes from the guy bcause he said they were made for alky.....all I bought from him were the Drag ported 4 mill cylinders from FAST, and a 4 mill longrod crank..... Im in need of some domes to run 115 octane and get me in the neighborhood of 170 psi.... edit: I could however ask kubitza and get him to tell me the numbers and ill get back to you.... Thanks Brad

  13. I thought it was simple. Ive been talking to Brandon since ive been a member here, not like i ran to him not knowing him asking about portwork or setup info on Jeff's cylinders, If I did, its my buisness and for noone else to point out. I told him i run 115 octane race gas now, and the bore was 65mm per the guy I bought them from.....Ill give brandon a call monday I didnt mean to take Booker's info the wrong way or whatever just was asking about domes, and squish band, angle etc confused me and Ill just leave that to the people that cut them. I need some off the shelf gas domes for a 4mill.....simple Thats all I do now is drag on weekends, i do ocassionally take of the struts and ride it in open fields, field roads etc, Im drag ported now and all long as its pinned, it runs hard, Im very rarely putting around, ever, I just like to go fast and i love the top end hit of a drag port..... we have no dunes here and we mainly dirt drag, the other 20% of the time its pinned wide open neways hahah .....The track i run at doesnt even get into the hundreth's unless we are running e.t., Im not really concerned with hundreths, Just wanna have it together asap so I cana kick some 250r a$$es, we have to spot them in the spotting class because of our motor size, I cant wait to suck em in after the 4 mill........ lmao
  14. Ok, wll i was unaware of custom domes for strokers being more intricate than just ordering a set for some stockers, ill ask Jeff when h comes off vacation......when will he b avail???

Booker first off I wasnt asking brandon anything about a setup for another guys work, READ my post, i told Brandon I needed stroker domes, I though any 4 mill stroker dome would work on any 4 mill, I didnt know they were so specific or I WOULDNT have asked Brandon. I thought a 18cc stroker dome for a 4 mill would work on my build. What im saying is when you buy domes for a stock stroke they dont ask if it was drag ported or what, you just get the size you want for the compression desired and thats it. As stated im getting some 4 mill drag ported FAST jugs..... Im running race gas 115 octane and currently running 18cc domes. will be running straight race fuel when I do my 4 mill swap. The guy told me cylinders are at a 65mm bore and he ran alky and they hav 12 hours on them and the crank. Jeff did cylinders, Thats all i know. He's running 20cc stroker domes on alky i was wanting some for race gas equiv to 18cc reg domes at sea level. UNDERSTAND? i didnt ask him about another guys work.......just domes
  16. So I'm going with a 4 mill crank and some FAST racing drag ported 4 mill cylinders that I got from a guy off the site. He has domes that were in it, he says he was running alky I'm gonna be running race gas straight. Will this matter? I talked to Brandon at Wildcard and told him I need some 4 mill domes and he asked what kinda fuel and bore? So I'm guessing they are bore specific and fuel specific? So this guys alky domes won't work for race gas if I get him to send these with the cylinders and pistons ????

Man i remember when i did my first rebuild as well, call local shop going off telling him cometic gave me 2 of the same base gaskets, he said breathe damnit, just flip it over, i flt like a dumbass but i didnt know lol...... as for the coolhead they do allow the motor to run cooler but the awesome thing is the ability to replace the domes in them to bump your compression up, its like being able to change to higher compression piston in a 4 stroke on the fly. edit: kubitza gotta smokin deal in the forsale section $100, but youll need a set of domes.

Well Im cleaning out the garage and I have a complete Tattoo Kit from http://www.spaulding-rogers.com/tattoo-sup...gory/KITS1.html ..............it is kit#3 Comes with everything you need to get started, Power supply with cord and footpedal, 2 tattoo guns, one for shading and one for lining, every color of ink in the rainbow, getting started book etc etc, $300 and its a nice little side hustle, will pay for itself time and time again, I just dont have time to do it anymore and havent used it in over a year.
