Im anxious to see how his motor holds its ground to some of the backwoods "experts" we have here....Maybe I can even get a XXL shirt in black from the guy hahahha

To ANWSER the question NO it will not HURT your motor... you may notice a slight increase in power, but as stated it may not be cost effective unless your compression is high 160+ and your timing is advanced +4 or better

feels or IS.......you can gut a pipe make it louder and swear its faster....the sound alone will fool ya....Im not saying drag pipes arent faster, thats what they are for....just sayin

I asked Jeff could it be rebuilt! Did I have to have a new crank. He said it couldn't be and yes I had to get a new one. *shrugs*

Sent motor to jeff and he said the center bearing on crank was shot, had about .005 play in it. He actually told me he's never seen this before. but im going back with a new bore because he said pistons had about 5.5 thousandths play which he like to see around 3. New pistons, new crank, all the shift mods in the book and getting cases ported and a few other tricks and was told to take lockup off that it would help me shift even better. He said if i go to alky then throw the lockup back on. Im running 35 PWK gassers. BIG PROPS to Kubitza123 "Mark", i got the crank from him and told him about the problem, within minutes he sent me 300 to my paypal, which is more than i payed him for the crank!!!!! A real stand up guy and i applaude that kind of buisness ethics.... But just to follow up to the several people that posted they had the same issue, outside bearings were fine it was the one in the center.

Jeff at FAST has my motor to sort out the knocking sound for me, total rebuild, clearance check etc etc....so now i got some time on my hands what can i do to lighten her up a lil..... ive already removed lights, tailight, stock heel guards, cut off a few brackets im guessing from stock pipe mounts, what else can i do, Ive stripped it completly down and cleaned/degreased frame, got it looking brand new.....
