  1. 450 rear calipers are also pretty expensive. Like CJC I used a rf 450 caliper on a homemade bracket. Stock rear bracket I tried to modify to work on the rear next to 450 front bracket my creation is the bottom bracket. Mounted Uploaded with ImageShack.us Probable didnt make the kind of differance the fronts did but still worth the trouble. If anyone knows if a 450 rear is a direct bolt up please post pics.
  2. Maybe you should start with a leakdown test. If you are concerned about air leaks. The "snail" style tool works reallly well for syncing carbs.

  10. No idea about the spec but I have no problem with the feeler gauge method. I would recommend putting the feeler gauge in the cyl then putting in the piston and go by feel removing the feeler gauge.

  17. First off the workmanship is top notch. Power wise I would say its less power than adding pipes and more power than adding timing. If I remember correctly it added 25 pounds of compression to my engine. If your thinking of a cool head just do a search on leaks that why I went with the stock modified head.
  18. What part of the state are you from. I run T5s 310 on the main and 27.5 on the pilot. Your probably lean I think Fattys are similar to T5s. Also double check your slides are in the right sides.
