Unless your cylinder is really hammered, Wiseco does make a .100 over piston kit. Before you sleeve it you might have it checked to see if it would clean up at that. That would definately be a cheaper way to go for now.

I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this kid. Hey Joey, where is the goddamn title for that frame you were supposed to send me three months ago? I also wished you would have told me that this so called perfect condition frame had the brake cable mount torched off of it and other brackets welded to it. That was real nice to discover. Anyone that ever thinks of buying something from him, pm me first and I'll tell you if I ever got that title.

I would say it's supposed to be like that so the shock bolt will clear. Look like an afterthought though.

The numbers on the motor are not associated with the VIN. The VIN would have been stamped in the side of the frame. You don't have an aftermarket frame do you? I would contact the DMV and give them the old "what if" scenario.

That's where it should be. Anything manufactured after 1980 is required to have a 17 digit VIN number.

Though their not supposed to disseminate that information, there is nothing wrong with a police officer running the tag and you happening to overhear the information.
