Sounds like your missing some hardware. The pin on the swingarm that stops the brake plate from rotating shouls have a sleeve that slides over the dowel and fits in the slot on the plate. Once installed, there should be no rotational movement of the plate. Mine uses aluminum spacers to line up the brake calipar. You might be missing this as well.

I feel I'm not harassing you, I would just like to know the whereabouts of the frame I paid you $170 of my hard earned money for. I will keep trying the number, however, I merely asked you (in a pm you didn't respond to) to to make sure that the number you gave me was indeed the right tracking number. Do you have issues with me wanting to know the status of the transaction? Wouldn't you want to if it was you? I never said that I doubted your ability to ship the frame, so quit jumping to conclusions.

You can get both down there just as cheap as ordering them. I bought the lifetime guarantee flag for around $20 at Don's (?) shop in the South campgrounds. When mounted on the quad, the top of the flag must be 10'.
