  1. He always goes with us. Great guy and a good friend.
  2. We'll be there on the late morning of the 3. Bringing the whole family and a bunch of friends. (about 25 of us total). It will be my six year old daughter's first time going so I'm really excited about that. Camping spots permitting, we'll be in the cowboy campground or the north campground. Be driving a Metalic brown 02 F-250 crew cab with a white enclosed trailer. If you see it, stop by and have a cold one with us. Here's a pic of the trailer and if nothing else, just look for Steve (the really white guy) http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=2742651&id=604386606
  3. I think I'd get him a lump of coal for Christmas after ratting you out like that. Sorry man, that is just to funny. Two things I have learned: 1. Kids say the damnest things 2. They call them as they see them. lol
  4. No problem, my antivirus went batshit every time I tried to go to the old site.
  5. Thought I would share info on the new L.S. forums. Seems someone hacked the old message boards so they are starting a new one. Here is the link http://www.millergraphicsonline.com/atv/
  6. Found one. Moderator please delete thread.
  7. Anyone have a 400ex lower left (as you sit on the quad) a-arm lying around you would part with? Needs to have a tight ball joint and good pivot bearings. Thanks Troy
  8. HillClimbr, What's your opinion of this? http://creepingsharia.wordpress.com/2008/0...american-world/
  9. HillClimbr, here is your savior at one (of many) of his finer moments I'm not voting for a dumbass like this.
  10. I have a pair of lower a-arms sitting on a shelf in my garage. Ball joints are tight. Make reasonable offer.
  11. Too hot??? Nah...well, maybe but the enclosed with the two a/c's will make that all good. We generally do a morning ride and alot of night riding. Heat of the day is poker playing and dvd watching with some water balloon fights thrown in the middle. We made this trip last year and it was literally 110 in the shade. Not much day riding during that kind of heat.
  12. Planning on a trip to Little Sahara the 12-15. Any other HQr's going that weekend?
  13. Do yourself a favor and take kb247's advice. This is the only way you will help yourself in this matter. Don't wait around until your court date to talk to the DA as he/she will want to know your intentions on the matter so that the paperwork can be prepared prior to court. Good luck.
  14. Bump!
  15. Looking for a set of yfz450 front shocks. Must be in great to well above average condition. Also needing a set of front shocks for a 400ex. Anyone have anything that suits my needs. Thanks for your time Troy
  16. You may want to clean the carbs. I may be that someone switched the fuel bowl around. Make sure the fuel bowl with the fuel enrichment jet is on the left carb. If that has happened, the choke will have no effect.
  17. I know who your talking about. I pop into their site once in a while. 2fun was a big 250r freak before he bought the shees if I remember right.
  18. We were just there this past weekend. The wind blew like mad and made for some wicked razors on the top of the dunes. Have a safe trip.
  19. Set the mixture screws at 3.5 L and 3 turns R. 1.5 is just too lean. I cant see the valves being that far off but it doesn't take that long to double check the settings. When you have it running, spray carb cleaner around the intake boots. One might have a slight crack causing a vaccum leak and the cleaner will cause it to slow down/stall if there is.
  20. Does it backfire when you ride it and are decelerating? Double check the clamps on the intake. What pilot jets are in the carbs? Sounds like a lean conditions that's being caused by an air leak, low float level, miss-adjusted air fuel screws or partially pluged pilots. How many turns out on the air fuel screws?
  21. We installed a Vito's impeller in my son's shee and noticed a solid 20 degree drop. Of course it still didn't solve the blown head gasket/overheating problem but once that was fixed, that's when it ran cooler. I think it's worth the investment.
  22. Have you actually disconnected the TORS or just unplugged the wires to the to of the carb. The TORS is the small black box in front of the gas tank. Unplug the wire harness from the box and try it.
  23. Loosen the allen head lock screw on the outer nut and start spinning it until the inner part of the nut seats itself against the c-clip. The inner nut will press against the c-clip and the outer nut will press against the side of the hub. There will be some threads of the inner nut exposed once you have it tight. Once it's all tight and all the side play is out of the axle, tighten the allen set screw.
  24. No problem man. Glad that fixed if for you.
  25. Is the fuel enrichment tube off between the carbs?
