this might sound kinda dumb but do what a few others and myself did. go to walmart and they have a set that look exactly like trail techs and then go to menards and get 35watt 12v bulbs that fit in there and boom you paid 25$ for nice lookin headlights. the only thing i had to do mounting wise was drill the holes out alil and find some spacers so the fit. hope this helps

Im thinking of building up a all stock shee for a beater. something thats all stock and i have to piss around on when my good shee is down. reason for me wanting to put it together is cuz i got half of it already here.lol what i have now: frame a arms tie rods and spindles swinger steering stem(i need the threaded piece and seals for the bearing to the steering stem) plastics handle bars (maybe stock carbs) and maybe stock pipes. What i need: lol about anything you can hook me up with. im not trying to spend to much. if it takes me awhile then thats kool just something to keep me busy and broke.lol Thanks guys

to get the pin out to remove the float you can use a small phillips screw driver and something to tap it with and just tap the one end and it should just slid right out. or sometimes you can get away with using just needle nose pliers. and gunk in there would cause it to have gas coming out of the overflow.

i know on cars throttle body spacers make a difference and this would be about the same concept. i have one on my blaster but i put it on with the vf3s. was wondering if there really worth the cash?

ive got toomey t6s. the silincer intermediate pipes are bent so they dont sit right and the right side needs packing and tips.lol just seeing if maybe ur interested.

this might be wrong but have you been hitting jumps latly? if so maybe ur chain was alittle tight when hitting the jumps and coming down and pulling on the sprocket which will put pressure on ur case?maybe idk just a guess cuz my buddy did that exact same thing on a blaster

def advise you to get a case saver. it might seem like a dumb idea but its better to spend the 20-50 bucks then buy new cases when your chain throws.
