  6. Hey guys, I haven't done a compression test, and this is a completely stock cylinder, stock crank, and no porting. I'm at 4000' and climb to 5000'+. Noss gives this reference chart for dome sizing. -----Sea Level 1000' 2000' 3000' 4000' 5000' -----altitude 18cc----197----178---171---170---165---145 -----PSI 19cc----183----167---160---158---152---137 20cc----169----156---149---146---140---129 21cc----156----145---138---134---128---121 stock---130----125---118---112---106---100 I want to hear off the top of your head what size dome you think I would be safe running on pump premium. I'm thinking about either 19's or 20's. But I don't want to have to do too much trial and error. Thanks

  14. I think acetone is one of the cleanest strippers. You just have to watch how long you leave it on for. Depending on the condition I'd probably use paint thinner. I find the best way to prep plastic for paint is with the red scotch pads (the auto ones) to get a good scuff on it before painting again. The gouges may need sanding if any. Unless you are going to try and buff out the plastic then that is whole nother story. Either way I think you will need to refinnish the plastics.

  17. yeah, like he said. I like the ride of my shee over a raptor/400ex/450r/yfz when you are ripping through the bumps. Like spreading velveta on toast
  18. Yeah, I like my Trojan's studded for traction in the mud! Boots, gloves, and lid are essential, that is all i use. But if you are really worried about falling hard I'd look at one of those under jersey body suits http://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/productD...odFamilyId=7294 http://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/productD...odFamilyId=8284
  19. F Yeah, I'd love to have your bike MarineNYC! I think it looks off with the black tank cover... maybe if you had black rears and tank with the blue fronts.
