  1. AK, I didn't take all of them if want to give him a shout... Thanks again Mjv420.
  2. PM's sent
  3. I Need- TORS removal kit. Have to trade- Set of braided Streemline Throttle cable (stock carbs with TORS) that hasn't left the box.
  4. I also have.. a really nice stock head a iron cross billet clutch cover insert a decent red bumper (one good dent up top and some minor chips)
  5. Hey guys, I've got a very nice set of boyesen 2stage power reeds installed on stock cages. I bought them as a spare set but I need some other things.... Front fenders - either black, red, or white. I need to cut them to fit my IMS tank so I'm not to picky on their condition. New clutch fibers or both fibers and plates or Pancake berring Adjustable timing plate
  6. Well Thanks guys, I shot you a pm for the jets.
  7. Any one?? AK's recommending 280-340, any one else willing to supply some advice for me up at 4000+ riding?
  8. yup... that was my first time looking at them... I'm hoping that will wake up the engine. I'm still thinking 270's anyone else's opinion for my set up?
  9. I'm mixing 32:1 belray and I usually run anywhere between 10-30 celsius.
  10. I'm not happy with how she runs. So I've finally cracked the carbs open. I'm thinking it's stock, because the main had a little 200 on it. 2 things. 1- what is the stock config? 200 main 40 pilot and clip on the 3rd position? 2- I'm thinking for me I'd go with 260 main 42 pilot and leave the needle. What do you think? I'm at 3500 to 5000 ft. FMF fattys and PC2's. 2 stage reeds. K&N filter with modified lid and no snorkle. (don't mention to do a plug chop, I'm looking for a starting point)
  11. Is there a trick to remove the splash shield? Or does it just slip over the main? Just don't want to mess it up....
  12. I know the kits have some nice extras, but I'm only looking to richen the mid and top. So if I can adjust the needle and swap my mains ($10-20) its a lot cheaper than one of those 50-100 dollar kits. My gxsr just cost me 90 bones for one!
  13. I'm glad that I won't have to buy different needles like on my street bike. thanks again MJ
  14. Is the stock jet needle adjustable? Or is that something I need to buy aftermarket? Anyone know the part number to ask the dealer???
  15. I had heard that it helps out the bottom end by having the fuel/air mix in the chamber on stand by. I found that when I took it off my idle smoothed out and it felt better through out the band... that is just what I found.
  16. I was in the same boat. Now for me it only depends on what can I afford. If I can only spend 50, I'll try the Tusk kit from RMATV If I can spend 90-100 I'll get FAST one.
  17. Bump for a good guy, easy to deal with and quick responses. Thanks again. Can't wait for the shipment!
  18. What was I doing last night to miss this post...

  21. I landed a jump where one foot slipped off and drove the foot peg into my leg. The lump on my leg went away about 4 months later.... now I wear boots and nerfs. Don't know about dunes, but I ride rocky/rough trails so I like em'

PM's replied. I guess any oversized tank would be good... 4, 5, 5.6 gal... Just waiting to see a pic from hellride96.
  23. Anyone run R6 clutch? I've got a lead on a local one. What years work? And what do I need, just the fibres and plates? Thnx again
  24. It's been fun to watch and will be nice to see who wins. Nicely written article too. Good job, wish I could be there.
