  1. HHAHAHAHAAA .. i liked that one.. If you want I'll sell you the boost bottle that I took off a few months ago. It is just sitting in a bag with my stock pipes. Shoot me a PM if you do.
  2. So what is it that I'm looking for? I didn't take off the pressure plates but I pulled the clutch in and went through each plate and fibre. They all looked even and no discoloration. The guy who sold it to me said the clutch was just done. I'm guessing they just replaced the fibres and steels. How do you suggest that I inspect the clutch. Could it be another issue besides the pressure plates? I'm going to instal a pancake bearing and would like to do this all at once.
  3. I didn't disasemble the clutch. I checked the basket for wear and adjusted the lever by feeling where it touched and then backed off approx. 1/4 turn. The arrow on the arm is about a third of an inch past the case arrow. Everything looked decent. The plates and fibres looked in good working condition too.
  4. Before shee wanted to move forward with the clutch pulled in and I couldn't find neutral unless the engine was off. I've adjusted the clutch and it is much better. Now it isn't moving much but I can still fell the clutch grabbing and I can find neutral about 3 times a day. So far so good, but it still doesn't feel propper to me. My big concern is that it doesn't fully disengage and I don't want to adjust it so much that it starts slipping. I'm thinking that I need to replace the inner/outer hubs or something. Any suggestions?
  5. I have 2 races left to get 1st place in the 'tour'. They finally gave me the banshee fullbore! Yea, it is a fun game and who would have figured its by Disney
  6. Just trow $1000 bucks at your shee that will give him a run for his money
  7. Sounds good. Hit me up when you want to take it off.
  8. That is awesome... with all due respect...LOL There is some good feed back and to the point. I love it. I got the idea from the trininty plate, it is the same way they adjust the timing by moving the pickup instead of the whole plate. Anyone have the trinity plate?
  9. Do you know if it is 1 degree per mm? I think that is what I was told prior. If it is because the pickup is closer than the outer edge I should be able to move it just more than 3mm to get +4.
  10. Your ride is my new desktop wall paper.... F'N SICKNESS!!
  11. I'm sure it would be but I like ghetto rigging sh!t. My assumption is that it shouln'd take more than an hour if it bolts on the first try. As soon as I can get to the shop I'll get on it.
  12. I'll do it cheapest. You pay to send it here and back. I'll do a shit job I promise and more than likely you'll end up crying because I'd put holes in the water jacket. Not on purpose but because I think you will probably get what you pay for.
  13. I have a plan to move the timing pickup over without removing the flywheel or any plate modification. Has anyone tried this? Here is my extremly accurate MS paint example of what i'm planning on doing.
  14. What is a MSV? How would I make those cuts? That picture is courtesy of Trinity Racing. But for 140 bucks I'd be on my way to get a coolhead.
  15. my fatty's ass sounds good... screams like a shee should my buddies T5's are nice too. If you want I have a set of stock ones. I haven't ran them but i'm sure they sound like sh!t.
  16. is this what you are referring to cutting the squish band? How would you do that?
  17. No sh!t... I'm still wanting to run pump premium on this. I'm at 4500 where I'm riding so I'm just looking to boost the compression to 150-155. From what I've seen my best guess to bring it up to that is should only be a .030 - .035 shave and with that little coming off the head there wouldn't need to be any welding or squish concerns. Someone smack me for being naive if that's not the case. Then I'll need to start looking at coolheads too
  18. For bikes and cars I'll let it warm up really well. Baby it for about 15 min and then WOT. I think you've got to break it in by showing it how it should run. The only think I wouldn't reccomend is running it at a constant RPM and speed for any stretch. Don't forget to change the oil after its first stress run.
  19. bump.. anyone know how much to take off to get a 19cc dome?
  20. shee... then you can swap parts and don't have to re buys shite
  21. DAMN! I'm so poor right now!!! Someone has to get this before I start re prioritizing! Bump
  22. if you trust him $20 an hour is cheap. Bring beer and help him out so you can learn. (and so you know he is working)
  23. Just run without front plastics til' you buy a mayer or fullbore front the rear looks fine
  24. looks good! What are you running up front?
  25. that's cool. I'm looking to try and get it to a 19cc dome. can anyone take a stab at what cc's I'd be at with a 0.030 or a 0.035 shaved head?
