I do alright around most rocks and deep rutts, and I hear what you guys are saying.
This is a newer rear shock and I'm still not impressed, so I don't want to put money in one place and then put even more in the same place in a few months.
The biggest thing I'm trying to decide is to either take the stock rear shock, (which is weak) and rebuild it. Or try a different configuration that may give me more travel or a higher seat position.
I heard of one ghetto trick for more clearance is to move the lower shock mount 1-1.25 inches forward. And I've seen the raptor rear shock and was thinking since it is an inch or so longer that would help with my rear stance. Anyone seen or tried any of these options? Or have a suggestion on an alternative that isn't expensive?
