This is not a carbon fiber wrap, it is the real deal. Colored carbon fiber and kevlar. You can intermix layer's of it with fiberglass to save on $ but still retain the look and overall strength.

Ok here ya go, you kill two birds with one stone by making it srong and not having to paint it by using colored carbon fiber. I was debating about that but I am sitting with a stock set up right now and more or less wanted to feed both carbs at the same rate and eliminate that stupid stock set up with the y valve. I was honestly hoping someone would chime in and tell me why it was a bad idea to do this just because it was so easy to do that i can't figure out why more people don't do it. I will however take your advise AK when I upgrade on carbs.

I'm sure someone has done this before me but I couldn't find any topics on it (truth is i didn't search that hard). This took about 20 minutes and $8 in parts from lowes. I bored the left side with a 19/64 bit then tapped it with a 1/8 - 27 tap. I have not yet tested the flow rate but so far looks as tho it should work pretty well.

Recently did a trade with Josh and can say he is a heck of a good guy. He went well out of his way to make sure what he was sending was in proper working order, even to the point of ordering a replacement part for one that had worn out. I wouldn't hesitate to do anouther deal with him.

Try seating it yourself just to eliminate any tire shop mess ups. What I do is mix some dish soap in a cup with a little bit of water, pour it around the bead on each side. Then take a ratchet strap and wrap it around the circumferance of the tire ( in the center), ratchet it down tight then hit it with a 100 p,s.i. till you hear the bead pop. May not be the conventional way of doing it but it's never failed me yet. Hope it helps.

Looking to swap a set of 35 mm keihn pwk's for 33 pwk's

have some 18cc cool head domes and would like to go back to pump gas. Looking for some 20 or 21 domes. pm me if interested.

Mostly sand and yes I was hoping to stay on pump gas (anyone want to trade for some 18's?). Stock head (not milled) and compression is right around 120. I appreciate the help guys, this is pretty much confirming my thoughts. How do I distinguish between 33's and 35's? The size chart on Keihn's website has the same measurements for both carbs
