  1. Hilarious !!
  2. LOL .. haha ... LOL
  3. Let me get this straight. 1. The Sand Planet place censors or bans thier members when: they speak about other websites, other engine builders, non forum sponsoring vendors and they also censor, spank and\or ban any member who gets rowdy, or says a dirty word. 2. The Sand Planet has a coupla engine builders that post there. 3. The Sand Planet has a reputation of having a lot of drag racing knowledge. 4. Chuck Ohton is hated by many. 5. Sand Planet wants to charge yas $25 bucks to be able to get PM's or search. 1. If you can't talk about certain websites, or subjects, or people, or companies, then the forum is biased. Biased information sucks. 2. Fantasic for PS if they have some engine builders there. Can PS folk start a thread about an engine builder that is NOT a forum sponsor ?? 3. The Sand Planet is for the engine tuning guys and the sand dune folk. BansheeHQ is for everyone else. 4. If you hate the guy, then do something about it. Dont visit his site. Come here and cuss out charlie, we don't ban anyone here or censor anything either, its alot of fun. Maybe if Ohton owes people money, then get the cops involved, or go find the guy. I'd like to hear some Charlie Ohton stories !!! 5. If you want to get PMs or search, then pay for it. Otherwise don't pay and quit bitchin about it. 6. This thread is great !! Battle-on pickle smoochers !!!
  4. Iv been buyin it in 2 pound bags. The shit goes along way. You'll be able to do plenty of parts with just 2 pounds of PC
  5. For what its worth.... the vast majority of cross country racers uses the original Razr rear tire and Razr II's up front. Xc racing is just like trail riding, you have all the terrain you'd find while out riding the trails. The reason they use original Razrs in the rear is they are more sporty than the Razr 2s. The origninals weigh less than the Razr 2s and they slide better, the knobs are too agregessive on the Razr 2's. So I'v been running Razr on the rear on my quads for the past coupla years and they always worked pretty good for me. Last week I bought my first set of Razr 2 rear tires. Got em used, from a GNCC racer who, just like me, had to try em out for himself. He took em off and went back to Razrs. Said they were too heavy and felt bulky, robbed some HP etc etc. I got em for $100 bucks shipped and they have 90% of their tread. I figure I gotta try em sooner or later, so I bought em. I just mounted em on my Hiper rims last Sunday, I'll let give a ride report asap. and for fronts, hands down racers favorite is the Razr 2's, 21x7x10s Bill Ballances' #1 Yamaha. Chris Borich's #2 Honda. Notice the orange Four Stroke Tech pit is right behind Chris, all their quads are setup with Razr rears and Razr 2 fronts. The vast majority of racers using Maxxis tires use this combo. If the race is very very muddy, they use I-razrs in the rear and Razr 2's up front.
  6. fuck all you douchebags
  7. I have a spare set of rz jugg's i'd like to trade. I'll check the bore and let you know. I have most of the electronic too. I know I have an RZ stator, flywheel and coil and I'm prettys sure I have a CDI box too. I'll let you know exactly what I have ASAP. denny
  8. hypocritically tho.... fightin and arguein' sure is fun  ROUND 3 .... GO !!
  9. "Streetshee always asks something, but already knows what answer he wants, and says he will do what ever he asked reguardless of the answers he gets. " And how the hell does that concern you ? Grow up bud. Dont sweat the little things in life. Maybe Streetshee knew in his heart that he wanted to balance the fingers, but wanted to get a few opinions before he went ahead and did the work. I can find 2000 posts where guys ask a question looking for affirmation from other Banshee guys. "Next time he should save his energy" Maybe this Dave I dude should save his energy and quit fucking with someones thread ?? With this freakin bad attitude towards other members, there will be people who will be afraid to ask questions here, there were be people who will just leave here and ask thier questions on another forum. Quit cryin and bitchin and moanin about "knowin the answer to his own question" and be nice.
  10. Not exactly #5 post from Streeshee = I am going to do it anyway. In post number 5, Streeshee agrees with TexasBansheeMan statement that "The closer the better. Less vibration more=bite." No where in the post does he say "I am going to do it any way" and besides so what if he does want to do it anyway. Does that mean he can not ask questions or get opinions. Come on now, you guys are all acting crazy. Chill-the-fuck-out and try to be a little nicer. #6 Daj's post. was a great post and the way an adult should answer. #7 NYUK's post. nothing wrong with that one. #8 Dave I's post. The ball busting begins. There's nothing wrong with some light busting of the balls, but all of you guys went off the hook. Writing big giant rants with 10 paragraphs filled with big words. Come on allready.
  11. This was the first nasty post towards streetshee. Completly uncalled for ball busting.
  12. get a mig with gas, stay away from the flux core and the tig. Don't get me wrong, I agree that TIG's are superior to MIG's but I don't think they are more suited to our hobby. A MIG is much more practial, 1\3rd the price and unless your building A-arms or something along those lines, a TIG is overkill for maintence on an ATV. Anyways..... Im buying heating oil with my return. Oh the excitement of buyin 600 dollars worth of heating oil I'm movin south where I don't have to buy heating oil and I can ride my streetbike and quads all year long. Its fuckin' 9 degrees outside right now.
  13. ya i didnt realize what I was gettin into when I replied to this thread . my first impression was its an interesting question and then he got his balls busted . I dunno, but count me out and back as a spectator  . battle on homos
  14. Im showin this thread has 3 pages, I read the whole first page and got about halfway through the second page and I kinda lost interest. It just seemed this dude got jumped on pretty easily and I thought id say hello. ah either way, fightin' is entertainin' round 2 go !
  15. you guys are a buncha dicks sometimes. The man had a legit question. State your opinions on his questions with solid answers and shove the nastyness up your asses. I say balance em. As long as your having fun, what does it matter if it works or not ? Any anal retentive personality would balance those arms without a second thought. If it doesnt help any.. then big deal... cause I dont see how it can hurt. We have a large wood chipper where I work, the chipper wheels holds sixteen 3x13 inch knives. I sharpen these chipper knives and then balance the sharpened knives to the tenth of a gram. If I would put the heaviest knive at the top of the wheel and then the lightest knife on the bottom of the wheel and continuted all the way around the wheel like that, the chipper would shake the building down. This chipper spins around 800 rpm. I don't know if this reeeeelly relates to the lockup question, but I thought id tell yas how I balance a 4 foot diamter chipper wheel.
  16. Another vote for Amsoil mixed 50:1
  17. http://www.atvracing1.com/a-arms.htm $190 bucks + shipping for a conversion kit is fuckin crazy. When I was making em I charged $120 shipped and made a far better product. I say, make your own or buy a used A-arm frame for $250
  18. Iv been riding on a full set of hipers for the past three years. i havent had a single problem with mine. I put a coupla gashes in em tho. I used to bend aluminum rims all the time, its pretty rocky where I ride. I got sick of hammering bent aluminum rims and I'm glad I bought the hipers. They're one of the best products iv found. I wish I could afford tire balls for em. Highly recommend hiper wheels  ps. that one dude needs to resize his photo in his sig. sidescrolling sucks.
  19. the only place selling the kits is atvracing.com

    "racer" huh.

I was thinkin', 'who the hell is this "racer" dude with over 5000 posts.

  21. Thor MX jersey Im cleaning out the closets and found this Thor motorcross jersey with a matchin pair of Thor pants( I have that listed in another auction). Its a Thor brand jersey, Red, black with white and greys. It was used one time and washed one time. You can still see faint dirt on some of the white, but its really really not that bad. Very faint. The jersey looks in like its in new condition. I bought this for my 12 year old son three years ago, he wore it once and got some mud spatter on it, I washed it and its never been worn since, he outgrew the jersey. The jersey is a size 11-14 and there's a big letter "L" near the size numbers. They were bought for a 12 year old boy, about 5'6, 140 lbs. This is not an adult jersey. I do have the matching set of Thor pants, and they are also in mint condition. If you have any questions or want to see more pictures, just ask away. thanks and good luck Denny MATCHING PANTS AUCTION
