  2. Anyone have the new RMATV codes? I need some stuff that none of the site sponsors have so hook me up
  3. No 48 pilot.
  4. Im running the N68A needle also
  5. Try a 48 pilot, middle clip, 162 main. I have basically the same setup but T6's and thats what I run.
  6. Hey just a heads up. If you want to do the kit without the spacerplate and use the stroker domes you need to get your jugs ported. I dont know if you knew that or not.
  7. Here is some good pics http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...hl=case+porting
  8. Cool got it thanks man. I have a tendency to over think things. So thank you for saying "keep it simple stupid"
  9. Ok you two wrote back as I was writing. So blowit, just blend the transfers to match and go with it? Am I thinking too much about this?
  10. If your not filling in the transfers what are you filling in with epoxy? All the pics I have seen it looks like guys are grinding out the transfers and then fill it back in. Maybe Im missing something? Does somebody have a pic of where you fill in?
  11. Ok that takes me back to my orginal question of, Wouldnt it just be easier to not grind as much metal away instead of hogging it out and filling it back in with epoxy?
  12. Ok. What do you epoxy and why does it flow better? I thought I saw someone say to leave it rough like your cylinder porting to help with the atomization. Is this true or what? Sorry for all the question. Im getting my cylinders ported and when I get them back I want to match up the cases. So any info would be great.
  13. Sorry my fault. The transfers in the cases. Guys say they grind out the transfers in the cases then fill it back with epoxy. now my question is wouldnt it just be easier to not grind as much out? Or like I said before am I just retarded?
  14. Ok. I understand the idea of porting or matching your cases to the transfers on the cylinders. So Im not asking that. My question is, I see alot of guys grinding out the transfers then filling them back in with epoxy. Why are you guys doing this? Am I missing something? Wouldnt it just be easier to not dig in as deep and not have to use the epoxy? Or am I totally retarded? Someone help me out please.
  15. if it runs good then just try popping in the 25 pilot and see how it goes
  16. Acutal your main seems a little high too. I would maybe drop down down to about 320. How does it run up top? If it starts hard change the pilot. Pilots control idle to 1/4 throttle.
  17. Try dropping down to a 25 pilot and see if that clears things up.
  18. Bought a set of CPI inframes from him. As soon as I paid had the pipes in the mail. Came just as described and packed well. Would do buisness with again
  19. Thats for the heel guards.
  20. Some pipes to go with are Pro Circuit, FMF Gnarleys, PT mids. If you like a little more of a top end hit go FMF Fatties, Toomey T5's, PT revs. Good mods to start out with would be the pipes, aftermarket air filter, cool head with smaller domes (20-21cc if staying on pump gas), Timing plate set at about +4. Then go bigger carbs, porting and maybe a stroker crank.

  22. I've been using Golden Spectro 80w Gear Oil for almost 20 years. I put it in all my 2-strokes. Its designed for gear boxes with wet clutches. I never used anything else so I really cant say how it compares to 10w30 or any other motor oils.
