  1. I don't feel like going back through all the pages. What kind of riding are you planning on doing? Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  2. I like golden spectro. Never had an issue with separation. Have ran it in all types of weather and temps. Been using it for 25 years Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk

    BBIF CPI

Looking for a set of Big Bore Inframe CPI. Preferably chrome but would consider bare. Let me know what you have. Thanks Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  4. Hey guys. I'm looking to change my rear brake from stock to a stock front caliper. I'm looking for a link or who to get ahold of to make a new brake line with the correct angle fitting to attach to the caliper. Thanks Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  5. Is Matt all fixed up and back to work? Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  6. Honestly you should worry aabout your port heights first and what combo of gaskets/spacers you will need to get that. Then measure your deck height and have domes cut for your fuel and squish Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  7. Have to do the math to figure out your compression ratio. As far as gasket/spacer sizes, measure the lip on your domes and decide what squish you want to run Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  8. What elevation are you at? 18cc domes are small for pump gas. You will have to figure out your compression ratio to see if you can us those 18cc domes on pump gas. I'm thinking not Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  9. Where are you located? Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  10. I'm at about the same sea level and with 20cc domes I was right around 160 psi. With 21cc domes you should be closer to 145-150 psi. Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  11. What compression tester are you using? 130 psi with 21 domes seems low if you have a good tester Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  12. What size domes are you running? Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  13. The Two Stroke Shop had a killer setup for an electronic controlled setup for the cheetah. I think it might have used an zeetronic setup. If someone wanted to do the fab work could probably fab something up using the the rz350 electronic setup too. I was looking at the cart guys pv setups and it looks like they use some sort of air pressure setup to be able to adjust the way the valves open. My biggest problem with the trinity valves is that the mating surface for the top of the powervalves is so small that it leaks air. If someone could make the valve body with a bigger surface and machine an o-ring groove in it, I think it would be better. Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  14. Tricked. I was told that it was the opposite way with the jets. Smaller jets make the powervalve open slower and bigger jets make it open faster. Correct me if I'm wrong. Now, I know you and others have experience with the rotax valves. How are they adjusted? Is it just spring tension? Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  15. Yeah. I think it was like a week to build and a week to powdercoat. Or at worse 3 weeks. Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  16. I think it was 2 weeks to make my a arms and my swinger. Not bad at all from fireball Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  17. What pipes should I have? Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  18. Thack, did you happen to dyno your motor yet? Just curious. I have a 496 (72 bore 7mil stroke) I'm fairly happy with it but I'm still tuning it in. Right now I have cpi small bore inframes on it and I think I have to go big bore. It seems like the pipes are heat socking after a little bit of riding. I have been looking to see if there was any different power valves that I could put on because I'm not happy with the way the trinity power valves are designed. Mine just don't seem to want to seal very well. But I will say running it with the power valves vs running the block off plates is night and day. Extremely smooth power delivery. 19. Just curious. I know the ez pull clutch I had the adjuster pivoted for the different holes. I wanted to see what the angle was in the cable Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  20. Hey Sheerider11. Do you happen to have a pic of this installed with the lever pulled in? Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  21. Did you rough align your toe in? If one wheel is toed in more then the other then it would be messed up the way you are measuring Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  22. Are your prices shipped? Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  23. Cool thanks. I have been looking at other powervalves and there are some that look like they may fit. But without having some kind of measuements I don't want to spend the money for something that "might" fit. It sucks that TSS failed big time. They had some cool ideas Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  24. Awhile back there was a discussion about Cheetah PV setups. Someone mentioned in the thread that there was a set of powervalves that would fit the Cheetah cylinders other then the crappy trinity ones. I forget who mentioned it and they never said what powervalves they were. If someone has some insight into this, please let me know. Thanks Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  25. I had a ti header on my old yzf 426. Layed it over once and the damn thing crumpled up like a soda can. Bought a white brothers steel header. Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
