  1. I tried to order one, and Andy at M&M told me that the closest thing that you can get to a 72mm in a PV motor, is 73mm bore. Straight from my email: > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Andy Meek" <[email protected]> > To: "'***** *****'" > Sent: Tuesday, January 06, 2009 4:56 PM > Subject: RE: Enquiry from M&M ATV - Yamaha Banshee and ATV Performance > Parts > > >> Chris, >> The 10mm cheetah they only got in a 73 bore. That is a small flange too. >> Let me know when your ready. >> >> Thanks >> Andy
  2. I hope you're fuckin jokin. I've been trying to get that thing from him for a year now.
  3. I know it's a little off topic, but you can't get a 521 Cheetah. I'm building a 10mil Cheetah myself, and I thought you could get them with a 72mm bore, but you can't You have to get a 73mm bore, which makes it 535. That's what I had to do.
  4. They don't make them anymore.
  5. This one. And I'm not saying who has it, cause I'm trying to buy it. lol. I actually just PM'd him about it too. There are quite a few people on here that know who that belongs to. shhhh!
  6. Nope. I like the stock one the best too. I like only one aftermarket one, that looks kinda like the stock one. I've been rockin no bumper.
  7. well, at least she took her shoe off.
  8. Just make sure you don't paint the triggers.
  9. I'm just curious. Why would you need that on a stock bike? Then you would have to buy 2 of them, at $189.99 a piece. I think you can spend $400 on something better than some "spark enhancers". You could get port work, bigger carbs and intakes, a-arms, or something else for that kind of money.
  10. If you wanna know the truth.......I think the ODI lock-on grips are the new hotness. I have a set, and wouldn't ever trade them for a different set. Extremely comfortable, and sticy as hell. They even get more stick when your hands sweat. Just something to think about.
  11. Or, you could bring your stock stator to a local auto electric shop and get it rewound for 150w, and put some 55w lights on. That would keep you from having to buy a battery, mount it, convert to AC, get different regulator, bla, bla, bla. It would save you some time and money.
  12. Bastard went on vacation to somewhere either off the coast or on the coast of FL.
  13. 1/8" vents 5/16" fuel supply
  14. If you plan on keeping the stock lights, it's a waste of money. Seems like the stock ones hold up longer than the aftermarket ones anyways.
  15. it doesn't matter if you have a stock clutch, aftermarket clutch, or lockout, it works. I have a Direct Drive. You can buy the 12 bolt plate and lexan from them for $45. Then you have to get the stock cover machined, and the plate epoxied to the cover.
  16. Bump. Come on over and join in some of the topics. Lots of jokes and goofing off, but there is some good info too. Mostly banshees, but there are other bikes and quads too.
  17. Don't Heli-Coil it. The threads from it will stick up past the bottom of the pan, and won't let all of the oil drain. I say, just get a standard size tap, the next sixe up from the metric one, and just put a standard plug in it.
  18. You can also buy an additive for the automotive paints that kind of rubberize it. Makes it flexable.
  19. Try going to www.local.com and typing "racing fuel" and then your zip code. I found it like 10 blocks from my house that sells it by the barrel, and didn't even know it was there.
  20. Please put pics, brand, and any other info in your thread.
  21. Time to break out the acetylene. Or, you could cut out the inner race with a sawzall, and then carefully cut the inner race. If you nick the hub, it ain't that big of a deal. Just try not to, so dirt can't get past the seal, and in the bearings down the road.
  22. I would just get a new 16psi cap from the local auto part store. I can't imagine the temperature getting too hot in Nova Scotia. Summertime here gets anywhere around 95-110 with 95-100% humidity, and my bike doesn't overheat. That was with my stock cylinder 4mil. We'll see how it does this summer with a 535cc Cheetah though.
  23. Also PM'd. 2nd in line.
  24. 180-190. You'll should start to feel the power loss once it get over 200. You could probably run it up to 220, without causing damage, but I wouldn't want to risk it.
