  1. He means no hard spots or cable sticking when you pull it or let it go. Welcome to the site.
  2. This is what $100 gets you. Candy Blue, with Chrome PC base coat. I gave him $100 even, and he bought the powder. And, it is super thick. I sandblasted it myself, but it would have been an extra $100 if he did it. He has a local small powder coating business. And, I don't know him neither. Excuse the mess in the kitchen, I'm remodeling.
  3. Never thought about that. Never seen it happen neither. Nice thought man.
  4. haha. I ain't mad atcha.
  5. I Google'd it. It's www.tigorracing.com
  6. You're lucky. I go through a tank in about 1-1/2 hours of riding trail, if I'm being easy. Getting into the throttle, it's on reserve in about 45 minutes.
  7. Sounds like either the master cylinder or the caliper is toast. I would guess caliper, without looking at it. Is it leaking fluid anywhere?
  8. Here's a peice of cake calculation...... Bore x Bore x Stroke x 2 x 0.0007854 64 x 64 x 54 x 2 x 0.0007854 = 347.4358272 cc's 68 x 68 x 58 x 2 x 0.0007854 = 421.2759936 cc's
  9. Absolutely not. 1/4" toe out deals with the alignment on the front tires only. Look at this drawing.
  10. x2 on the impeller seal.
  11. Sorry, I said 0-2" larger than the rim diameter. I meant no wider than 0-2" wider than the rim width. My bad, I was typing faster than I was thinking. So, if your rims are 10" wide use a 10-12" wide tire.
  12. Tires either out of round, or steering is out of alignment.
  13. I'm sure you know how the sizing works. But I'll explain for anyone who doesn't know. 20x10x9 = 20" overall height x 10" tread width x 9" rim diameter. For rear tires, you can put whatever height you want, as long as it fits under the fenders. Width needs to be 0"-2" larger than the rim diameter, so the tread doesn't balloon up. I like 10" wide tires on 10" wide rims, so the tread sits completely flat, to get more contact area. The rim size has to be the same. Front tires, you want ballooned, if you're offroad riding. You probably have 5" width rims. Go with a 7" wide tire, to purposely balloon the tires. Choosing your tire height, depends on what you're doing with your bike. If you'r riding MX, you want a smaller height tire, to get the bike a little lower, and to help the engine to be able to use all of it's torque. Trail, you'd want something taller, to make more clearance under the bike. Now, what do you plan on doing with your bike?
  14. lmfao. :yelrotflmao: You talking about this one? I think a few people thought it would be funny to screw with me about scooping that up from under me. Actually, I ended up buying it. He's in the process of polishing it, and then he's shipping it to me. So, it's already paid for bitches! You can't have it.
  15. I use ATF Type-F. The Type-F is for wet clutches. In my climate, it's good. Since it gets hot as hell over where you are, you should probably use the reccommended oil.
  16. That brass fitting in the top of your cool head, is to self-bleed the trapped air out of the head. You either need the hose that goes from there to the top of the radiator, or put a petcock on there so you can manually bleed the air out. You have to be able to bleed the trapped air out somehow, or it will overheat fast.
  17. So, does that mean it's a no go with the plain model?
  18. I like the design alot. Nice peice man. Would you be able to make one without cutting out the webbing, or trimming the stator cover down. You know, just keeping it flat and smooth. I'm not worried about the weight, since I don't drag race.
  19. 1.6 quarts in the transmission. The coolant bleeds itself. Just keep an eye on the level in the radiator.
  20. Probably not, if he can ride. But why don't you just race him and find out?
  21. haha. Don't we all...........
  22. hahahahahaha. You don't have to feel guilty. I knew you'd give in to the pressure sooner or later. I can't wait to see that bitch on my bike. Thanks bro.
  23. I got the ODI Diamond lock-ons.
  24. Word. Didn't know you had an older cylinder. I was under the impression that you were starting from scratch. I guess they quit making it.
