  1. Well I might as well add my 2 cents because I never hear of anyone on here running it; I run 40:1 Blendzall Ultra Racing Castor in the fuel and pep boys type f trans fluid in the case.
  2. Just seeing what's out there, I'm looking for a set of itp or dwt beadlock rear wheels.
  3. eej is a richer from idle to 1/2 throttle
  4. Got a brake rotor and pads from him. He was quick and easy to deal with thanks man! A+++++
  5. what do you mean moves back and forth, like the steering stem has free play? If so no it's not normal and you need to replace the lower bearing.
  6. Check and see if your steering stem stop is still in place (at the bottom of the steering stem). I've some that get pretty wacked and will cause the wheels to "oversteer".
  7. Let me know if you find a pair of those +1/2 shifters because I know how ya feel, I too have issues getting under the shifter so I did the same as you, but now it's awkward down shifting. You just can't win sometimes can ya.
  8. That is exactly what i'm thinking and you don't want to run it like that for too long or it can do some damage to the piston. When you put the head on did you put it through a couple of heat cycles and re-torqued the head after it was fully cooled off? No need to put the stock head back on, just find out what is causing the problem and fix it. If you were running it lean for that long you would of had a good case of detonation to go with the heat and your plugs would most likely be backing out. :ninja:
  9. Your dome o-rings are probably not sealing; either one of them got pinched during install, the mating surfaces weren't clean, or you had an o-ring just fail on you. Either way it sounds like you have a compression leak, pop the head off and check out the o-rings. Get a new set and reinstall the head. Do not reuse the o-rings, better safe then sorry.
  10. Trax is parts supplier, post a picture and some one will probably be able to identify your swing-arm. http://www.traxatv.com/
  11. I noticed no one comented on this but with what you are saying is done to the motor there is no need for you to run race gas. Not only is it at a high cost (and I know it ain't cheap out there in sp) but your also loosing some power due to the slower burn rate of the high octane fuel and the lack of compression, if you are running a stock motor (internals- head, porting etc..). So I guess I'm asking do you have anything done to the motor other then bolt ons?
  12. I got a rotor and pads coming, thanks.
  13. You can run normal auto coolent or engine ice or water with water wetter added. I've run all three with no problems.
  14. Title says it all I'm in need of a rear brake rotor and a set of pads. I don't care if they are stock or not, just as long as they have life left in them and the rotor runs true. Loose axle nuts can be a bitch :shoothead: and dished rotors don't let you go to fast. Thanks, Matt
  15. Well first of all they are real easy to setup (ie. doesn't take a genius) and secondly all i run are trails and when I went to +4 on my plate it really helped out the bottom end of the powerband (nice for the slower/tighter trails), hell I'm thinking of going to 5* next ride.
  16. Great Buyer, quick on the pm's and payment. A+++ Thanks, Matt
  17. sorry no No i've had these since I bought the bike back in 07, i take it you sold a pair recently?
  18. $190 shipped, I need these gone or their going to ebay this weekend.
  19. Great Joesph now you got me wondering about my new setup. I just went with a Graydon 2-1 with a Airstriker. All the jetting recommendations I've read are for a standard pwk 35 not the airstriker. I wondering how far i'll be off with what came with it; 185 main, 45 pilot, and an oddball needle DGN (leaner then what has been suggested to run). Should be interesting if this applies to the single setup as well (i don't see why it won't), kinda sucks tho because I just ordered up more jets and needles. Matt
  20. replied. Note - Throttle Cable is for a thumb throttle.
  21. PODs sold to DallasGDub Carbs Still for sale, just so everyone knows I do accept Paypal.
  22. Here you guys go, I'm putting up for sale my PWK 28's. These carbs are in great condition, I had them completely (metering body and all) apart two rides ago to puff them up (new top and float bowl gaskets). In this sale i'm including some extra jets, fuel line T, a Brand new throttle cable that has one ride on it (not pictured). Carbs currently have n68a needles, 158 mains, and 52 pilots in them. I'm asking $200 +shipping Also if interested I still have the K&N pods for these carbs that I had up for sale a couple of weeks ago, I throw them in if you want.
