  1. Thinking I want to buy another Banshee in a few weeks, looking for one that is set up as a good all around dune bike , not just for drag. I missed a couple of them in the past month, let me know what you have.
  2. If there's going to be a bunch of queers there I'm not going, I'm homophobic.
  3. I have a set of 21's I would trade but the one has a slight issue with the plug threads as I mentioned in the other guys post.
  4. No I have not. The plug goes in straight and everytime I take it out and put it back in it gets a little better so I have just been working it that way. I dont have the right chaser and I wouldnt ever run a tap through it. I have no concerns with it at all and would run it forever if I were to keep them.
  5. I have a set of 21's, I think they are pro designs. I would trade but the plug threads are a little rough on one of the domes like someone cross threaded it once. It's not real bad but you cant quite screw the plug in all the way by hand.
  6. I'm in, be there 5th-10th.
  7. What's your cash price?
  8. I prefer to kill with my bare hands, it's more personal that way.
  9. I like kold kutters. Snowmobile spikes will mess you up BAD if you get caught in the rear wheels, and I mean really bad. You might just be able to go to your local tire shop and have those other kind put in, there just regular snow tire studs.
  10. Ok, I have a 4 mill mx ported stock cylinder with 68mm bore, 34mm PJ's,21cc domes,165psi, large single k@n, +4 timing, pc's, running 100ll, 1200ft, about 20 degrees. Been having problems with this for a while and just cant get it figured out. I have tried every jet from 145-165 through a wide range of temperatures with no real noticeable change so I thought it was an electrical issue. Yesterday I said fuck it and replaced everything, stator, coil, cdi box, plugs, and even the flywheel with known good ones. Took it for a ride and no difference at all so it's back to the jetting. Right now it's got 165 mains, 48 pilots, and cel needles on the 4th clip (needles raised one position from middle). Doesn't idle too bad but it's got a nasty bog right off idle and doesnt seem to rev out up top near as far as I think it should. I cant seem to get a good reading off the plus either, they are just a very light yellow with maybe light smoke ring. Could I still be that lean? I have no air leaks at all. It also has a weird sound to it, the only way I can describe it is it sounds like the pipes are choking it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I made a video with my helmet cam to attach to this post so you could listen to it but i cant get it to upload on photobucket or youtube.
  11. And you more than likely will never have a problem doing it that way but being that the torque spec is like 59 ft/lbs or something I just dont use my impact. All I have is powerful air impacts and with one blurp of the trigger it'd be at about 150 ft/lbs. I use it to take the nut off. I dont care how other people tighten them just saying it's not technically the "proper" way. I dont claim to do everything by the book. If you lap in your flywheel to your crank and lightly seat it in before you tighten the nut it isnt going to put much torque at all on the key, especially if your using a flywheel holder because your applying slight pressure the opposite direction. If your key or keyway are that loose you got bigger problems than how you put your nut on. Anyway a flywheel holder also works well when actually taking the flywheel off with the puller, unless your using an impact of course and trust the fine little threads. You can let the impact rattle away till you twist your cank out of phase for all I care I'm just saying that I think a flywheel holder is a good tool to have and for those that need one and dont have time to buy one he did a good job making one, dont give him shit for something that you dont even know what it is.
  12. I think thats a good Idea no matter what anyone else thinks. And by the way, a flywheel holder is the proper tool for the job. I guess I'm just anal about tightening nuts to the proper torque, especially on a tapered crank snout. Hard to do with an impact.
  13. I had many many Chevy and Dodge pickups and this last spring I bought a used Nissan Titan and I love it. Next time I buy a new truck I'll be getting a Nissan. They drive more like a car than a truck and just seem to be better built. They are made in America (not that I care) and it will out pull my Dodge with the Hemi. Just my opinion, I hate it when people think there are only three truck manufacturers in the world, It doesnt hurt to at least look into other options, there are deals to be had. I'm still getting shit from my friends for buying a "jap" vehicle but I dont care.
  14. Just watch out for heaved up ice, that will ruin your day.
  15. Your right about going to the gym to stay motivated, I've had this equipment for over 7 years and have never used any of it. I'm going to make myself do it now but I think I'll try to find someone who will go to the gym with me. I bet in three months I can get in a lot better shape.
  16. At this point I'm kind of writing up my routine as I go to see what I think will benefit me the most. I have a weider crossbow similar to a bowflex so I'm trying different things to see what I like. I want to concentrate mainly on abs, chest and upper body with some calf type exercises on that and then get on the eliptical machine for a while everyday for some cardio and that should help with the leg work to. I also have some other rowing type machine that I might try. I would like to go to the gym just for the pool for a couple days a week too. I need to change my diet and watch what I eat, thats going to be the hardest thing for me because I've become a hog. My goal is to loose weight and tone up for now, building muscle isn't my concern at the moment... It's under there, I just cant see it yet. What are your thoughts on p90x or whatever its called?
  17. Ok I think I'll mount it on top of my helmet to start with. I dont really understand the goggle mount, it seems like it would just flop around.
  18. I'm starting right now.
  19. want to try out my new helmet cam but we have too much snow.

  20. Knowing your elevation is going to be the main thing, I cant help with stock pipe jetting but just from the sounds of it your running right on the edge of a meltdown.
  21. Your running way lean. You need to re jet , post this in the jetting forum and list your info for advise.
  22. I finally got a helmet cam and was wondering if those of you that use them would give me some advise on some good ways to mount it. Its the contour hd and came with the goggle and flat surface mounts. I guess my main question is does the velcro and sticky pad really hold it or is there something better that I should get. I dont want to loose it right away.
  23. That's because you suck.
  24. I'm the fattest and most out of shape I've ever been, just broke 200 and feel like shit. I would like to be at 170-175 tops. I have a very physical job but only work a few months a year and It seems as the years go by I just keep getting worse. I have all kinds of equipment but never seem to get motivated enough to get on it. I've got lots of muscle it's just hidden under a thick layer of fat and I would like to go to a gym so I have other people help keep me motivated but I never will looking like this. I have three months before I have to go back to work so I'm going to really try to get back in shape. I think once I start seeing some progress I will really get into it. Getting old sucks.
  25. Got her the ps3 and got myself black ops. Awesome game but I suck at it.
