I have never used one and just dont believe in 2 into 1 anything on a 2 cylinder bike but if all your concerned about is low end then maybe it is the pipe for you. I would recommend pc's for your application just in case you wanted to get on it sometime. Eventually your going to have to deal with your carbs.

You can send them to Brandon at mull eng. , hes a site sponsor on here or another reputable shop but I would say that your better off just buying a Noss head with interchangeable domes in the cc you want and being done with it. You dont need big bore domes cause thats not a big bore.

You'll need to check your squish clearance to see where its at for sure but I would think it will need cut, not because of the bore but to keep the correct squish.

Did anyone do a leakdown test on it? If not i'd do that first then concentrate on checking the carbs. . You cant choose a main jet by sound, you have to do a plug chop but you need to get the thing to idle and carbs sync'd first.

I dont like 4 strokes because I have had very expensive valve train problems in the past and just dont like them in general. With that said, I would buy a yfz 450r in a heartbeat if I had the extra money, with a little taller handlebar and a few bolt on mods they are in my opinion the perfect all around bike for everything except for serious drag racing. Raptors are not worth a fuck for anything unless you like the feeling of driving a small car through the woods.

How do you like your high revs? Id like to ditch my PC's for a set.

Do you still have the tors setup or what? I'd take the caps off and check your slides to see if they are sticking.

Thats really nice, I did basically the same thing to my old work cars plastic headlights and it works great.

The pilots are 48's and the needles were cgl's and I just put the cel's in and a new throttle cable(the correct one) Maybe my pilots are a little too big. I plan on getting some pwk's , maybe the airstrikers when I can.

Well, I didnt buy it because it was cheaper, I bought it because I thought it had a better picture than the rest of them at comparable prices but I guess its shit now. The line is still there and no one here wants to repair tv's anymore, they want to sell you another piece of shit. If it wasnt for my kids I wouldnt even have one.

When I turn them they go up like they are supposed to but it just doesnt change my idle speed. I went up to 5 turns and quit.

For those of you running PJ's, are you setting your idle with the idle/choke knob or are you having to do it at your carb caps? My knobs are not changing the idle at all.

I havent done any extensive testing other than riding but my PT mids give me a noticeably better low end than my PC's but I dont have a dyno to prove it.

Could someone tell me what the recommended float height should be on PJ's. I want to check it before I put my carbs back on. Thanks.

In response to my first post, there are of course exceptions. I have a few friends that are cops and are alright but the ones that are just out for there own personal gain at anothers expense are not cool with me.
