Zach, got your message this morning, im to much of a dick to call you back though.... just kidding, well kinda sorta... just hella busy man, in the middle of a bathroom renovation that just seems like a never ending money pit, then my tahoes tranny blew up, then my banshee took a dive. so with me crappy 12$ hour job trying to get crap repaired as fast as possible. prioritys are ganna end up being crapper, tahoe then bike, but i have a yfz450 i baught in the mean time. good to hear from ya lol,

  8. i had a great time, yeah the weather sucked but it was still fun...got some good video's. have to get them uploaded tonight or so. thanks for zach, melissa and tiny and rachel for letting us hang out in the camper when it was hailing! that was awsome! as for next trip i think im going to make some name tags that all say bob on them....

  15. i didnt do mine, but i did run a tap through every hole after going through the powder coaters. and after i ran the tap i put a small wire brush on my dremmel and ran it through each hole. havent had a grounding problem at all.

  20. lol, wtf man....heli coil problem or just more shit? i keep getting the same crap. went out to fix my busted headlights, and found a puddle of oil and gas, its leaking from 2 diffrent places, the twist on the petcock and out the drain screw on the carb, its as tight as itll go and the orings still look good...=\ it leaks a full tank in 3 days.
  21. mike bike did something similar, was at LS riding good then all of the sudden it was like my cable snapped. like nothing was there on the clutch at all, turned out the keeper ear tab broke and the nut under the pressure plate backed off...put a new keeper on and tightened it back down and it was good as new....cost me a 12$ gasket though....
  22. i did mine, i washed 3 times, used some gas twice, then immediently power washed, then used 300 grit sand paper for about 4 hours. then took another 4 hours with some 600 grit sand paper, thena bout another 2 hours spot hitting with some 1000 grit. then washed again and hit it with more 1000 grit then put 2 cans of plastic adhesion promoter on, then put 5 real light coat of paint on each peice then finished them of with a nice coat. no runs, they look great, havent had any problems at all, i scuffed one with my foot jacking around, it just discolored the top coat a little, but i took it off, hit it with some 1000grit and re spot painted that rear plastic, total time maybe 15 minutes to redo the fender at the end of the day , put it back on the next and has been fine every since. picture on bottom right i used krylon fusion
