    was it wet or muddy when you rode it and did you go through a puddle? try pulling the stator cover and check pick-up gap and flywheel then trace back...

    the timing plate has timing marks on it, you just line the marks up with the split in the case...its pretty easy once you buy the plate and look at it.

    also is there anyone else in tulsa whos going by them selfs who wants to carpool with me, the perks are you get to spoon with me on the mattess in the toyhauler, or sleep down stairs in the garage if you bring a air mattres or something soft to lay on. i am spoon certified by spurdy if you have any questions....
