mine did that for awhile. it turns out i just over oiled my K&N filter my check to make sure you got a clean filter and clean outerwear

probably need to sync the carbs up. i had my caps off a couple times and mine were way out of sync. ran and idled alot better after i synced mine.

reed cages look stock with some carbon fiber reeds... head looks like 1 of my buddys after his wrist pin bearings broke and got ontop. didnt really hurt preformance cause it didnt scar the cyclender wall. but you should probably pickup a cool head with some 20-21cc domes anyways. and if the pistons not beat like the top of that head it was from a re-build blow up.

uhh....you took the plug out and ran it on 1 cylinder to get a compression test on 1 side?

there is a free manuel to download at the top of this forum i believe its a clymer manuel. it should list the bolt sizes and how many or something similar to that with in it...

start with a compression test, if psi is over 150 run race fuel. make sure your getting plenty of fuel, might pull the tank off and clean all filters making sure all hoses are free of obstructions. clean carbs and verify main jets are 280's, and check pilot jets they should probably be 25's ditch the reed spacers you dont need them on a stock bike,

seriously? you posted 4 times in the tutorial on how to remove a flywheel and change out timing plates. that not only had pictures. but step by step instructions. if you havent learned by now you probably just should take the bike to a shop. or your only 13 and have never picked up a wrench in your life.

i used a cheap impact from lowes. my flywheel came off in less then 3 seconds...dunno any other way to do it...

id say about 25 bucks a peice, but ill be nice and give you 30 a peice now :biggrin:

sounds close hows it run? does it bog at any part in the throttle? if anything id say the pilot jet might be a hair big, i run 320 main and 25 pilot and my bike feels good at all power ranges.
