  1. i would take the boost bottle off of it and see how much you can get for it at the scrap yard..
  2. how much is a bone stock 2001 banshee worth?? has a fresh bore .20 over.. everything else is stock, including pipes, tires,.. sorry there is no title, but it is not stolen, can have the numbers ran.. is it worth 1600.00?
  3. ok man i appreciate it
  4. i have one of the older heads that he use to make, just like a pro design and uses the longer studs, but mine is anodized blue and says performance trixx on it.. looks awesome
  5. mine added power everywhere, very noticable
  6. i here that if you cut every other row out of a set of kenda knarly's they ook like a mofo!! what do you use to cut off the tread?? some sort of grinder?? does it take forever? and most importantly, is it worth it?
  7. yep a 35mm, mine is great, can't go wrong with it,
  8. and if you do not like it i will buy it from you, i also have a bunch of parts i could trade, but i would suggest you try it first, i like mine
  9. lol. yea, just a dead plug . lol . how is your jetting?? how often do you kill a plug?
  10. maybe the plug cap is bad?? did you try switching the plug wires?? i think that both plugs fire at the same time anyway.
  11. yea i would try a new set of plugs, if nothing then i would check to see how hot the spark is, you can also run champion 805 plugs.. they are an alternative if you can't get ahold of ngk's.
  12. yea swop the plugs out, see if the problem follows the plug.. is it wet with fuel??
  13. for the riding you are doing, and the pipes you are using, go with the 2 into 1.. heres my setup, 19cc domes,+5 timing, I ported my cylinders, vforce2's, t5 pipes, and the trinity 2 into 1 35mm carb. . i absolutely love the single carb setup.. it outperforms the stockers everywhere on power.. it has a lot more bottom and mid power, and it pulls harder up top.. plus its very simple only having 1 carb, it takes a lot of hassle out of it.. it is tricky to get it tuned, but just ask a few people on here, i had trouble with mine, posted a thread, and got replys with needle, main , and pilot jet reccomendations, run a dek or a eek needle in it.. i have 2 sets of stock carbs on the shelf, and thats where they will stay..
  14. keep us updated, its great to ask questions, but even better to follow up and tell us what u found wrong, . makes it a great site for others..
  15. trinity and graydon makes them, i beleive that graydon no longer makes them, bankrupt just made his own and it looks awesome, i am trying to get one from him, i have a trinity 2 into 1 on one of my shees and i absolutely love it, if you trail ride and play a lot its a great idea, very simple
  16. check your the plug cap, they tend to burn up internally, also check compression, it sounds like you have a bad plug cap or the plug wire has a bad connection either where it goes into the coil or the cap.. good luck, try switching the plug caps (left one on the right spark plug, right one on the left plug)
  17. man don;t worry, you didn;t hurt a thing, if you could screw up a break-in by flooding it and just kicking it over, these motors wouldn't last 5 minutes.. it is fine, finish breaking it in and have fun
  18. wow guys, i didn;t mean to cause a stir. i just currently have a cub on my bike, i love it i really do, i have just been thinking of going to 4mm stock cylinders and was wondering what difference it would have compared to a cub, i know that setup and porting plays a huge roll, i am running cpi's and 33 mm pwk's, i did find that my timing was only set on +2, so i bumped it up to about 4.5, i am fairly happy with the cubs low and mid power, it just seemed to want to fall on its face though, maybe the lack of timing had something to do with it, i haven't rode it yet but it sure sounds peppier..
  19. looking for rears only? i have 2 sets of rears, and 1 set of fronts, all like new.. i am in kentucky and got them when i bought a banshee from a guy that just moved to ohio from cali.. they are all mounted on nice rims also, if you are interested i can get the brand and sizes off of them. i do know that the fronts are itp's dune runners or something like that, mounted on itp rims, i think one set of rears are skat track, and the others are paddle masters
  20. i will agree on the t5's, i have used several pipes for years but i stay with the t5's. for the riding that i do they are perfect, bump the timing up and put a head on it, you will be happy with it, and if you can afford it get those cylinders ported..
  21. very well put.. hey dajogejr, i am curious as to what happend with the 200 psi and methanol?? bent rod?
  22. too much compression will add low end but will cause you to lose power on the top end, usually around 155-165 psi is ideal..
  23. i have the shift pro and the modded star, works awesome, i did all of this before i knew of this site or jeff at fast,, but it works ok,
  24. i have a trinity 2 into 1 setup with a 35mm pwk, after getting the right needle and the jetting dialed in it is a screamer, and i have a trail/play port.. it added more power everywhere, i have 2 sets of stockers sitting on the shelf, and they will be staying there for a long time..
  25. 2 into 1 carb. that single carb will surprise you, get a trinity, bankrupt just made his own intake and it looks great.
