I heard they intentionally dented them from the factory because of that :shrug: Have you tried reversing the hose end for end, or just twist it around? My t5s are like that also, as long as you can see daylight, you're fine.

Pretty hefty pipes for a stock motor, meaning no bolt ons besides filters, gotta keep the Rs up. That high alt. prolly should be around 300-320s at most, I would think.

Yep it fits, I recently bent my axle and just happened to have one from my 02 raptor, so what the hell I think I'll try it. Sure enough it fit, now the only thing is, its like 2" shorter and the threads for the large axle nuts that tighten to the carrier are a finer thread. Their finer than the banshee threads so you would have to have the nuts with the axle if ever used. I never would have thought I would go shorter with an axle, but it was a free fix and I do have spacers I used before if need be. I think it was 34" and the banshee was around 36" without spindles. Just thought I would put it out there incase someone was in a pinch and had one or just needed a shorter axle. Oh one other thing, I think there is about a 1/2" offset to one side. Haven't had a chance to try it yet, I don't think it will affect it. :shrug: Maybe I'll take pics.

Go ahead and order both sets though, never know!

I think the stinger tubes are bigger diameter, but not sure what size.

Last trip out side swiped a tree, thought I bent a wheel, wasn't the case ended up being my axle. I just want a perfectly straight one, stock or aftermarket, doesn't matter really but a aftermarket would be nice. Mine was so slightly bent it would not have hurt anything but Im pretty picky about that shit. thanks

Prolly could use a cleaning and lightly oiled, k&n oil. Are you running a lid or not? if not try 320, if you are 300-310 adjust your air screws lightly seated, then back out to about 1.5 turns out. Make sure your carbs are sinked.

I would venture to say drag racing will be half of our day at Haspin. Im not exactly sure how to tell you how to get where Im talkin about, its been a while since I have been there. Its up to you guys though, I will follow the pack! Im not sure about the stage, or where its at.

What do you think about as you go in you turn right and go almost to the end and turn left, it goes down a little hill and into a open area prolly just big enough to accomidate the hq group. No room for anyone else. Anybody know where Im talkin about? It would be nice to get somewhere where we don't have riders flyin by us all day and caking us with dust, you'll see what I mean when you get there.
