  5. It hooks up to the 1/4" hose that goes to the top of the radiator, it is used to purge the air out of the top of the cylinders.
  6. Probably take the engine out of the frame and fill the crankcase full of pre-mix oil and dump it out after a couple of hrs. since you have the jugs off already. The oil will dilute the gas and wont hurt any internal parts or seals, :thumbsup: just a thought.

  14. You probably had a little bit of dirt or dust in the fuel line and it probably worked itself into the needle valve. I would just take the carb off and clean the needle and seat really well, should be an easy fix.
  15. My 14 year old son can do it on his blaster and it is pretty cool to watch. He was inspired by dmc's video.
  16. I am also building my 4mil. dune ported bike from him, I originally had an mx/tt port job from another builder, there is no comparison in my book. Hjr. does some mighty fine work for sure :thumbsup:

  19. Just be sure you de-burr where the idle screw pokes into the inside of the carb so that the slide doesnt get stuck. :thumbsup:

  24. If the tors have been removed, then the cable will work. If the tors are still on, the cable will not work and you will have to get a new one. Check out farmandsandtoys.com for an aftermarket cable.
