  1. I've got his dune ported 4mil. and he had me get the 35mm. pwk's, so I would think 35's would work perfect. Man I wish it was already ported for a 4mil. crank, I would definitely buy these for a spare.

  3. I got my banshee a couple of years ago, and found this site just asking about how to remove the stock air box, now, I have a ported 4mil. and about $4700.00 more into my bike. It's a sickness man, get out while you still can!:wink:
  4. buying jets online is cheap, except for the shipping I have got some 290's I can part with, I think I paid $4 each + ALOT for shipping, at magic racing, I can let them go for $10 shipped. Thats actually pretty cheap, but If I were you I would go to a yamaha dealership and exchange the ones you dont want for the ones you need. All the yamaha dealerships around here will do that for me.

  9. Getting ready to build my own swingarm. I was wondering if anyone had a stock swingarm laying around that could measure the ID. and OD. of the front bearing/pivot tube with a digital caliper, any help would be appreciated. :thumbsup:
  10. I just ran outside and looked at mine, it clears by about 3/16". Did you put it all the way in and actually put the bolt through? If you did and it still does not clear, it must be a defective lever, I would either take it back or grind a little bit off the inside of the peg so it will clear. Can I ask why you are replacing it?

  12. I've got all 3, it shifts WAY too easy for me. I am going to take out the shift pro and re-install the oem. roller and spring next time I am in there.
  13. Thats how I fixed mine, I just cut it and crazy glued the ends. All it does is keep the bearing from spinning.
  14. I never had to re-jet when I installed mine new. I also noticed a slight gap between the cage and the pedals, never had a problem. Just put them suckers on and go rip! :thumbsup:

  22. OOPS! I didn't realize that you were a one lunger! My bad, but anyway, it looks like a jetting issue or improper break-in to me just my .02 Check out the jetting/exhaust forum, I think someone posted about what jets everyone is using on single carb set-ups.
