  1. Better business bureau !!! I would not have done it other then PayPal.. You could have at least made a claim.
  2. Send their shit back to them Figaro !!! I wouldn't put up with that shit and would spend more money elsewhere to avoid putting up with that kind of shit.
  3. I would like to see the same test be done with both pipes on a 421 serval... I do still have my original Rocket's but I plan on getting some R2's also. I really like the design's of these pipes. Mike
  4. Lookin' damn good man !!
  5. What a fuckin "hee haw" piece of shit.... Who the hell cobbles that bull shit together ??? 4 cylinder street bike motors do not belong in atv's of any kind.
  6. What's your son's riding experience level ?? Either way your gonna need new pipes, carbs, intakes, clutch work, 10 mil will need cases trenched, trans work, high quality chain / sprockets. So it's not just quite as simple as putting in a crank and bolting on cylinders. It's going to be a fairly expensive endeavor. Mike
  7. I have one with the sideways rezzie... they were on the first gen R6's. It may fit, not sure but you would probably be better off with a second gen R6 shock as it has the rezzie up and down. If you are interested in the one I have, let me know. Mike

I have a few lying around that I did the "Holy man" fix on.... 45.00 if you want one. Mike
  11. DO IT !! I'm very interested in the numbers.
  12. If you're gonna go with a Wampus / Serval Wampus, just have the ports "cleaned up", as having the casting flash deburred out of them. They are already an 80 hp bolt on cylinder.
  13. I have one sitting here, but obviously am not running it yet.. I have to order a few parts before putting it all together. I will get around to taking some pics here real soon and get them posted.
  14. They will be way less leg burners then the original Rockets, and I have rode with those in Khaki shorts... only burning my legs rippin doughnuts.. With these specific pipes you will either adjust your riding style / posture to them for the new gained power or bitch about them and get something different.
  15. The RZ engine shares the same bore x stroke as a banshee same cases clutch ..shit like that The main differences are power valved cylinders which are controlled by ignition / pv controller / servo motor - cables.. the RZ cylinders have higher port timings in stock trim then a Banshee netting them more power.. U.S. models being rated in the mid 50's and the later Canadian models being rated in the low 60's. They have better shift forks (roller guide pins rather then solid guide pins for the banshee), they have a wide ratio transmission, have a higher output stator for the bikes lighting system, they ave a better ignition curve then the banshee - a lil more aggressive and with 4* more advance built into the CDI. The early RZ cases had extra holes in the cases where the mechanical tach drive was driven (they are just bosses in the banshee cases - back top) and the RZ had an oil pump driven off from the water pump for oil injection. With a good ATV type port job, you should be able to net 75 - 80 hp with ease and there are aftermarket ignition system / power valve controllers out there to dial them in to pipe / carb, riding style, port job configurations. I have a set ported by Jim of Passion Racing Engines ( 4 mil 12 port RZ cylinders with a hot Dune port durations ) that Jim claims will be possibly high 70's maybe low 80's. I hope I have covered everything you are asking, Mike
  16. You can get serval cub cylinders for stock stroke and 68mm bore, that is 4mm bigger bore and should = close to 392cc... you dig ???
  17. 68mm Serval cylinders..
  18. That seat is Bad ASS , goes very well with the rest of the machine !!! And for the holes... there are only 2 reasons for those 1. Glory holes for John 2. For airing out your monkey butt on a bad day
  19. There are substantial differences.. the Banshee engine came way later then the RZ 350 engine and basically a neutered de-tuned version of the RZ.
  20. Looking awesome for sure !!! Those definitely are some long arms... make sure you don't hit anything with them.
  21. I have worked on a hybrid or so... I always tried keeping the engine level, or the words ( yamaha, honda..etc. ) on the case sides level with the bottom frame tube
  22. Very nice Looking !!! I love sleepers.
  23. Bu a 421 serval kit... forget the RZ gears, the banshee 6th is actually taller then the RZ 6th and the RZ gears are wide ratio for a street ridden bike.
  24. I hope you're not gonna run that small of a radiator....
  25. Make me a couple too while you're at it Cam...
