  6. Same here, and still riding my 1st quad, 1988 banshee with a couple of stock parts left.
  7. Banshee's run awesome on it, but it will take some time to tune it in. Pretty much uses twice as much fuel to go the same distance, so long distance riding is out with Methanol.

  9. I break a new top end in with the same mixture I usually run, 32:1 Congrats on the new Shee.
  10. In the pic Brad has already removed the clutch basket,you will need a air or electric impact for this. Also most of the time you have to replace the keeper under the nut holding the clutch basket on.
  11. Sounds like another blown headgasket. You might also check your waterpump impeller, I know some people have had problems with those also.
  12. I recommend you don't skip any bore sizes, unless your just made of money.........
  13. Advance it +4 or +5 degrees. You should pick up about 2 free HP.
  14. I kept blowing the Cometics, switched back to stock and no more problems.
  15. Lots of places sell the cool LED bulbs for the taillight also, I know RMATV does.
  16. The head will make a more noticable difference in HP.
  17. Most of the time with just pipes and head (bolt on mods), you can just get the heavier springs and put in.

  19. If you don't take the pulse coil off, you shouldn't have to reset the clearance.
  20. Type F is what I use also, I have tried Gearsaver in the past and it worked good too.

  22. Cylinder sleeves are made of cast iron, much softer than the hardened steel wrist pin.
