I looked into a buncha different options when I got a new set while back. How much are ya gonna beat on the bike? Is it gonna be a sand only "clean" bike or a ride the crap out of it mud bike? If ya spend the money on coating get the ultra high temp stuff. I think it needs to withstand somewhere in the 1200* range if u don't want them to discolor. If its gonna be a way clean bike high temp black spray bomb will hold up if prepped right and it doesn't get beat on.

I had one. Got rid of it and got the individual boss intakes. Kinda like the pro designs but no crossover. The big one piece ones were what what giving me fits trying to keep filters from burning.

I wasn't really talking about the shocks as much as the length of the swing arm. With that much horsepower on a stock swinger on the pavement chances are you could spend a lot of time on your ass.

Have you thought much about what you would do with the suspension? I'm just thinking that my ported 421 with paddles on a +6 swing arm in the sand can be a handful some times. I'm betting even a set of good ported stock cylinders with your current setup on the pavement with those tires would eat your lunch pretty easily. Just a thought. There are a couple different cylinder setups and pipes you could run that would do more than you need. Cub of the Serval would work pretty good. Check out the differerent strokes and bore sizes. Search them there's a ton of stuff on here about them.

I've never bought anything from the guy. Prob won't and don't really care. But if you buy something from somebody in person and don't look at it who's the idiot? You asked in your first post to tell you of maybe you shouldn't have posted. In my opinion it makes you look stupid. It's nothing personal. If anybody else did this I'd say the same thing.
