Ya I found a nice smooth flat spot to open it up. Once tapped in fifth it just flattens out. Too much fuel and maybe not enough timing I think. Safe though. As long as I don't get it around any fast bikes till its tuned.
Haha ya I know. It was 40* and raining. Supposed to be my tuning day. Ended up throwing 172 mains and 55 pilots in it. Wanted to make sure it wasn't backin plugs out. It's pig rich. But my fattas buddy rode the shit out of it and didn't hurt anything. That was the main goal. He thought it was pretty fast. Haha.

I ran some few years ago on a drag ported 4 mill stock cylinder. Ran pretty decent. Way more top end than the pro circuits. Way less bottom end too. Louder than hell. Should be comparable to shearers since they're nearly the same pipe. Not 100% on that though.
Good question. Did that door get wiped down good? Get all the snail tracks off that black paint. That'd suck cruisin with your arm out the winder and it sticks to the door. Ewww. Not to me to mention the air freshener needed.
U cross threaded the drain plug? That's a good reason to get rid of it. All other bikes have non cross threadable plugs so that's prob a good call on your part.
Don't just swap the slides, check to make sure the cutouts are facing the right way. Then throw a 280 main or so in it. I was in Illinois running pods and simar setup and was doin 320-330 mains. Had a few other tweeks too.
