Have u done a leak down on this thing? If it revs by itself doesn't it almost have to be going lean? Sucking air somewhere? That is the main problem you're having isn't it, or did I miss something?

What are the chances the carve are worn out and sucking air past the slides? Or just have a leak somewhere in them? Had a machine do that once. While riding you could control it with the clutch but in neutral it would just rev. Only way to kill it sometimes was to block off air to the carb.

Vents plugged and pushing out of the seal maybe? Shouldn't have anything coming out the top of the trans during normal operation.

I'm 6'2" 235 and it hasn't helped me much. With a +4 stocker in the sand and 11 paddle extremes I could pretty well two wheel it down a sand strip goin through most of the gears. It's a handful compared to the stock cylinder 4 mill.

I think from what I've been told that you are at the edge as far as a lockup is concerned. You can run a slingshot and still use the stock cover. Not a big deal. I'd think a ported cub would be a clutch eater depending on how it was ridden. You might get away with it trail riding, but that would be a friggin handful in the woods. I wouldn't wanna trail ride mine. Not real aggressively anyway. Another thing to think about is swinger length. I've got a +6 on mine and still have to ride the radiator to keep the nose down. You go talkin porting a cub and don't put some arm on it the first time it hooks you're gonna be pickin yourself up off the ground.

I will say that if you're going to open your mouth and insert both feet you had better be prepared for an ass kickin. Most of us are smart asses and are bored. We come here when we're sitting on the couch because the ol lady is watching jersey shore or some shit. Cheaper than the bar. Plain and simple. These bikes are just way cooler than lets say a blaster. If a guy is used to hanging out on a site such as maybe blasterforum, then this place might be a bit of a culture shock. But you can't tell me that a site like that isn't more catered toward kids? With all the sensoring and shit that happens. This place is set up and operated by men who wanna act like men and don't wanna be held back by a bunch of sniveling ass little girls. There are some douchebags one here but we try to keep most of them in check. As far as info and site sponsors go, there are a shit ton of pretty sharp people on here. These bikes attract a bit higher intellect when you start talking about the higher end ones then the smaller "kids" bikes do. Some of the people on here are from some pretty accomplished technical backgrounds. If you had a way to compare that to other sites I'd be you would be surprised. So anyway enough of my rant. So if you're just here to stir shit have fun. The locals will do their thing with your crap thread. If you actually wanna hang out and contribute quit being a pussy and suck it up. Flexes? Like pulls to one side when u step on the pedal? Does the caliper slide freely on the pins or is it frozen? Had one do that one time. Would eat one pad.

I went from a set of stock cylinders that were supposed to be good for around 80hp to a Passion ported cub. There's quite a bit of difference between the two. It's pretty mean compared to my old stock cylinders.

Colors look good man. You runnin those spacers on the front? Look sketchy. Ditch that boost bottle and get ya a stock crossover. Make things a lot easier to work on when your jetting and stuff.

Jd is this motor u had at lil Sahara couple years ago? The one with the +14 swinger that was wheelying at the end of the strip in like 4th or 5th?
