  1. Looks like I read that wrong. Sorry. Not sure wtf I was thinking
  2. I usually adjust the pancake till the arm on top is somewhere near the little arrow. But u can pretty well do whatever with it to get your adjustment where u need it. If everything is set up right I don't think it'll make any difference with the clutch pack where you adjust the pancake it'll just move the clutch arm.
  3. I've got some.
  4. That'd be cool. What's that gonna cost ya? U gonna be able to get oil and shit over there? I'm guessing you've been in for a while if they'll let you do that?
  5. Good ol WOP. If they can't rape ya nobody can. That's from one of the shitty towns where I came from. Bigass place. Lots of bikes.
  6. Where did you get your frame done? How much it cost ya? They blast it too for ya?
  7. Damn, I saw Van Hagar few times in the early to mid 90s but don't remember em sounding that good. Musta been at the height of Eddies crack bender days.
  8. So what's in nice shape? The t-5s? The rockets? Or the CPis? I'm lost.
  9. Is the whole friggin silencer bent at the front where the stinger comes into it? Ain't they supposed to be straight?
  10. Arent those the ones that come on suzukis? Thinkin the ones that come on hondas have a straight bar across them not the z patterned ones?
  11. Well ya! I'm always down for some girl on girl action!
  12. What I miss? The sleepover or the bike blowin up? Need more info
  13. You two have a sleep over or smthn? How we know it's done? There another thread?
  14. Or get sued for copyright/patent infringement. Haha
  15. It's got 1984 written all over it. I like it.
  16. So did ya notice anything goin from SSTs to Fatties? I'd yank that airbox lid off and secure the filter. Or get a pro design plate. Then jet it up. Run a lil better gettin more air in it. I never have been able to get one to run worth a crap with a lid on it. Can't imagine a ported one at that.
  17. You can try a cut off wheel off something and cut two sides off the head so you have two flats. Then use a wrench to spin it off.
  18. That was gonna be my suggestion. Buddy of mine had an ol zilla with a worn out carb on it. We were out in the middle of nowhere and his chain popped off. It idled up and took off. He freaked out and yanked the fuel line and the plug cap. Still ran. Ended up blocking off the carb and it died instantly.
  19. Tz bearings are a true roller bearing that you only put on the clutch side of the crank. That's a high hp and straight cut drive gear application. Max loads look like stock bearings but have around 10 balls where the stockers only have I think 7.
  20. I'd find a decent billet clutch basket. Especially if that stocker has grooves in the fingers. Heavier than stock clutch springs, and a pancake bearing setup. I wouldn't mess with cutting the trans if it were mine. Maybe the shift shaft mods, cut shift star, and the little bearing on the detent arm. You can also get the shift drum cut and have a roller bearing put on the other side. That's not a bunch of money. Billet water pump impeller, check your kick start idler gear for wobble. Get a new one if it does along with a new snap ring and washer. You can do a max load or two. Not a bad deal. I wouldn't mess with a tz. Not for that small hp. I like to replace the Phillips head bolts under the clutch cover or wherever else with Allens of the same type then use a lil lock tight goin back together. All I can think of at the moment.
  21. Damn nice parts. Get some pics of that stuff on the bike. Usually the tie rods and ballpoints will pop right out with a couple wacks of a bfh. Don't hit the actual tie rod you hit the side of the knuckle where the tapered shaft goes through it. Usually pop out after that. I never have used a puller or fork to remove them. Cars or quads.
  22. Now what fun would that be?
  23. That's kinda the idea I had. My cases are leakin. I gotta rip it apart and reseal it. Weiser would be a good place to run it for a bit.
  24. At St Anthony? Prob not memorial. Got too much goin on at the moment. Maybe later this summer. I might try to take the family to Weiser just to get some seat time in.
