  1. Those look pretty good. So what did the cost already coated? Without the across the world shipping
  2. Those look like this set I have. Mine are BOSS though. Pretty well made the same way without the little diverter plate. I had some similar that u can cut that plate out if need be. Sucks to buy new stuff and hack it though. Here's a pick of my boss ones.
  3. What tires are those? How you like em?
  4. If she does actually ride hard I'd think you would get some serious points setting the suspension up for her. New shocks and a set of wider control arms. Especially if you're gonna port it. Get a nice set of aluminum bars, or a set with the rubber isolators in em or a steering stem with the rubber isolaters, and some nice levers. Maybe a longer thumb throttle to ease the pull. Put a nice clutch basket in it so the clutch pulls nice and smooth too. Been my experience with the women and kids that the more comfortable and easier the shit is the more they'll use it.
  5. You gettin a set of snipers? Did he mention any problems with those intakes and pipe interference?
  6. That's cool man. I like the wail a a 4cyl 4 banger as much as a banshee. Nice build.
  7. I think the 8s are gonna get ya movin forward quicker. If I was gonna do a just play/dune build I'd prob go with a 9-10" rim. Theyll slide easier and won't roll like you would think a tall 8" would. I've got 8s on a 21-22 tire and you can't slide around or anything. If you're draggin or doin treeshots and crap the smaller rim is prob where to go.

  9. I can't say it won't work cause youre doing it, but doit to mine im gonna kick ya in the nuts. What dumbass dealership did you work at that they sprayed wd40 inside grease boots? Never heard of such a thing. I've worked at several stealerships. About 10 years worth of hell.
  10. This is prob irrelevant to the topic but that's what we do here. If it's your own car and you check it pretty regularly I can see I working. But if I'm a customer and you're poking a hole in the little rubber boot thingy that holds the grease then I go to some other jackass who puts 30 pumps of grease in I've then got a mess. And then if I go to some other jackass who says he greases it but doesn't then all the grease squeezes out. Then I drive around in the rain for a week cause I live in Seattle. Then I'm buying ball joints. I'm saying it's not a good practice to poke holes in grease boots. Shit comes out, bad shit goes in. Or it rips and same result just quicker.
  11. Dude u work on cars for a living? Been doing it long?
  12. If you go in on the skinny end you should be able to squeeze the needle in under the boot. U don't wanna poke a hole. Grease squeezes out dirt and shit goes in. Dont Pack it full either you'll make a mess. They don't need that much grease.
  13. I used to have issues with getting sockets and crap replaced when I was working on cars. They always told me they weren't meant for professional use. Few years later and different job I was working at a district manager for sears house. Was telling him about it and he said there's no reason that tool replacement should be refused. Haven't had a problem since. They must of changed policies or something.
  14. You gonna get em coated?
  15. I've only been there on one trip. Had a set of vitos fat bastards. Rode around the cops that were on quads several times. I was from outa state at the time and they didn't mess with me. But who knows if they're havin a bad day what they might do.
  16. Ah well you're WAY cooler than I am then. I've just got a couple poor mans GTs.'
  17. I wouldn't use plain ol rtv. Use ultra black or grey if you're gonna do that. I've used it before and it cleans up easier. I'd just make sure to let it set up a few days. Or just use the stringy stuff like 3bond and you'll be fine. Main thing is to make sure it's spotless when it goes back together.
  18. Sweet rides man. I'm a fan of the flames. They aren't for everybody but I'd put em on my fridge if the wife would let me.
  19. My kid is twelve, we've been ridin together since he was 3. I can ride for a bit then just sit and watch him ride. That's as much fun for me.
  20. I don't think the issue is with cubs, just the cheeta.
  21. Who cares, just post some more pics of your wife.
  22. Damn wrong side of the country. I'd buy that 426. Good luck with the sale
  23. Wonder how this is going? 60 and friggin snow in the mountains. My uncle told me it was snowin like crazy in Sun Valley.
