  9. I have a black upper right arm off 05' thats in mint condition.40+shipping.
  10. You dont have to get a longer axle.Thats personal preferance.Alot of guys go +4 witch is 2"wider on each side.As far as the front shocks you should be able to use them but make sure they are stiff so you dont bottom out all the time.good luck.

  12. You line up the mark on the plate with the split in the cases and that is your timing. :thumbsup:
  13. Welcome to the HQ you crippled MOFO.Hope you are doing well and keep riding the shee.
  14. Is it getting plenty of fuel? Check it with the gas cap off.Also make sure the groung wires are making good contact on the frame.
  15. yeah,and remove the little buttons in the throttle and the parking break and get rid of the wiring.I used a little clear silicone to seal up the holes where the wiring goes in there.
  16. stock carbs? If so screw on the top of the tors. If not idle screws. You need to get those babies synced.

  18. Not to sure where to even start with stock pipes.I pulled mine off the day it came off the showroom floor.Your gonna want to let that sucker breath with filters,pipes,and so on.

  23. Thats the bowl drain. The screw on the side should close that off. There is an o-ring that shouold seal that off.Probably shot. Mine leaked a tad there and could never get it to completly stop so I connected the two together from each carb. I dont know if that is the best thing to do but it WORKED!
  24. I'm pretty sure the floats being out will only cause leaking.Possibly your carbs are not in sync.
