  1. My banshee is idling with the alot more exhaust coming out of one tailpipe compared to the other. After removing the airfilter box and carb boots I can watch the carb and they are pretty close to the same amount open. They are not totally in sync throughout the full throttle motion but at idle they are nearly identical. The plugs in both cylinders look good also. Any ideas?
  2. Yes, stock carbs. It's mostly stock except full exhaust with T5s, K&N, and TORS eliminated. I have both idle screws and the ones on top adjusted the same for both carbs.
  3. At idle, the throttle valve on the left carb is almost completely closed and the right side is slightly open. There is also much more exhaust coming from the right side at idle. Once you open the throttle less than 10% the left side begins to open and is matched with the right side almost exactly until WOT. How can I adjust the idle on the left to keep it open a little more? The banshee hesitates a little bit off the line because of this and I'd like to fix it.
  4. I was reassembling my banshee the other day and I finally got it back up and running. The problem is that the idle is extremely high. When reassembling the carbs I accidentally bent the tip of the jet needle and when I tried to bend it back it snapped. Only the very tip broke, a very small part of it... Could that be causing my high idle? When looking at the carbs the one throttle valve is more closed than the other at idle, how do I adjust that?
  5. I am in the process of putting my banshee back together after it sat taken-apart for quite some time. I am almost finished and was going to try to start it but once I opened the valve on the bottom of the gas tank to let gas flow it started leaking from one of the ports on one of the carbs. Is there supposed to be something connected to this?
  6. Ok, sweet. So I have it totally backwards then. It seems like it's going to rub stuff if I reverse the way it is now. I don't have the stock rollers so can I run it with just removing this part?
  7. Ok, makes sense... but if I leave the chain where it is at on the bottom sprocket it looks like it rubs on B still.... right now both are hitting B. Also, can I really just throw this part out and adjust it on the swingarm? If so, why would this part even exist? Thanks!
  8. I took apart my banshee about 6 months ago and got caught up in some other things and let it sit. I'm putting it back together and I can't figure out how the chain is supposed to be routed on this part. The way I have it now the chain rubs against B so I'm sure it's not correct, any other way I route it the chain seems to have a lot of slack. I know that the polished part in the pic is not stock but I bought the banshee with it on so I don't know exactly what it is... Also, the sprocket for A is kinda worn out, is this a big concern? It ran great before I took it apart. Please help
