  1. Life should not be a journey to the grave in a pretty well preserved body, but rather...to skid in sideways...thoroughly used up...totally worn out...beaten and battered loudly proclaming...WOW WHAT A RIDE.

  6. Diamond plate, carbon fiber and black and white checkerd
  7. reeds, ignition, pistons, bore,19cc domes. you adjusted your timing plate to +4 not your stator.
  8. Lube as you go. Break in with at least 32:1. Run full tank of gas through it for break in. heat cycles have always worked for me. Start it keep it at idle until hot. 3-5 mins. shutdown let sit until cold again. do that 2-3 times. then start givin it a little throttle and back off, throttle back off. let cool. just keep increasing the rpms after each cool down. Dont hold it at steady rpms always keep the throttle moving. make sure to let it cool all the way down each time.I like to use this method until about half throttle then I start to ride slowly. after youve done that for what will seem like ever ride it nice and smooth throught the gears and go in and out of full throttle on and off. Go through a tank of gas like this and youll be fine. Just take your time and dont get excited and whined it out too soon. Heat cycles and proper breakin are key to a long lasting rebuild. IMO.
  9. Ill help you out with all your bling and design scheme.
  10. You can get full flight =2 arms for like 389. I have them and they work great and have lifetime warrenty. Let me know when your ready to rebuild ill get you some nice shiny stuff and great deals on alot of other stuff. As well will other sponsors.
  11. The coolhead comes with o rings. you wont use the stock gasket. 20cc domes will be fine.
  12. I wouldnt by a new crank. Have yours trued and welded and the better bearings put in. Port it, advance the timing to +4 and call it good. Your setup is pretty similar to mine and I am very happy with the power and performance. You also need to consider what kind of riding you do the most. Dunes, mx, drag ??
  13. Ya i got a set also. let me know if you dont get any.
  14. Had a friend talk me out of putting mine in because he had the exact same problem missing shifts on the top like that.
  15. Shiny polished and modquad parts and accessories will make it faster. LOL! I know a guy who does that stuff.lol.

  17. they cater mainly to 4 strokes anyway. they did have a good deal an an a-arm and elka shock package for awhile though. And Cory Ellis is a suzuki team manager now. Has his own factory team. That dude did it all right. We used to ride and go to school together. Good dude for sure.
  18. I launch in second all the time as do alot of others. If you keep your bike maintained and learn to launch correctly you wont be breaking stuff. wind her tight and dump it. oh ya dont forget too lean forward. LOL!
  19. never heard of it. proly just another knockoff that claims to be better and cost less. stay with the tried and true. dont let your local dealer use u as a ginnie pig to try the newest and coolest better than the rest sales pitch. thats just my opinion.
  20. Hmm. the jetting should be right. i think i ran a 27.5 pilots when i had stockers with similar mods. have you checked your stator and the pickup. that little pickup can caouse all different kinds of problems. make sure its gapped at 20 thousandths. is your crossovertube in place. the 3' tube that goes inbetween carbs. choke off after warmup, all fuel lines in the right places and clamped tight. just double check all the obvious stuff before getting in too deep.
  21. take your filters off and feel or look inside the intakes. when u push the throttle both slides should move up at the same time. adjust them on the top of the carb by turning the screw that the throttle cable goes through.they should start to move as soon as u barely touch the throttle. also make sure both air fuel screws are 1 1/2 turns out. if u need more help pm me.
  22. how about a shipping envolope. not trying to be a DH but i do alot of shipping also. dont the envolopes go by wieght. that bracket cant wiegh that much. just curious. i havent shipped one. After looking at other shipping rates for the same item the shipping price is accurate.
  23. right on. i proly wont find one befor you can get a set from somone else. thanks though.
  24. Wow. kinda spendy. shipping is a little much. $10 to ship a bracket???? U know the post office now has flat rate shipping. as much stuff as u can fit into 4 differnet size boxes no more than $14 and change on the biggest box man. I no for a fact u can ship that bracket for $3.95
