Stellar Performance

IT really is not worth the time it takes to rip a dvd to divx. It it plays dvd's then just use them. Google "divx software" and find yourself some shareware if you really want to, but it is not really worth it.

Just to make a note....I just bought a cheetah 421 powervalve kit from Shawn...."BANSHEEFREAK". And it was in excellent condition. Packing was great.....all parts were there.....and the price was more than fair...... I will definitely buy from him again

Is this a complete assembled motor? If so, that is a sick price for everything.

I know this is gonna sound crazy....but start it up and hold the kick starter with your hand. Banshee's are know for the kick starters rattling. If you are gettting a fair amount of vibration due to not properly syncronized carbs, it will make it even worse. I see it all the time out in the dunes. If it is the kick starter....they sell rebuild kits....check ebay. The kit is simply a o-ring....a small spring....a small ball bearing...and a bolt. But it does make it nice and tight. If that is not it....one thing I do when I get done reassembling a motor is to run it with the stator cover off. I break in most of my engines on the asphault, so dirt isn't a problem. But this way you can actually see that it is spinning true, and not coming loose. Of coarse...be careful not to put your foot into it

Na....don't work for Racer's Edge....but they do nice work. I have been building bikes for many years now. I do it mostly for friends, family, and of coarse myself. Been doing Fabrication and engine design and building for quite some time also....so it all comes together. All of these parts listed belong to AZ ERIK, I just built the bike for him last season, and just got done freshening up the motor for him. Shoot him a pm with what you are interested in. I know some of the parts are on EBAY and end tonight.

Sorry guys.....just got the cylinders back from having a fresh hone done. Here are some specs on the motor. Stock cylinder with very nice dune port (fresh hone) wiseco 513 series 65.50mm pistons coolhead with 20cc domes (comes in at 158psi) Pro design 34-36mm billet intakes Duncan Racing Pyramid reed valves Billet intake spacers Billet water impeller Shift star mod with blaster shift roller.......shifts very nicely all new gaskets billet water pump cover billet clutch cover insert Stainless bolt kit billet oil dipstick stainless acorn head nuts silver painted cases candy blue painted cylinders,clutch cover,stator cover modified timing plate stator flywheel I will get some pics up shortly. This is a very fast and very reliable stock cylinder motor. We ran this with t5 pipes, 36mm pwk's, and dyna ignition, and was very quick. One of the quickest pump gas, stock cylinder, 350 engines I have ridden. Would like to get 1500.00 shipped....open to offers though. PM myself for any other engine details, or AZ ERIK with offers. Oh Oh Oh.....how about a straight trade for my Fender........LOL

If you used loctite on the adjuster....than I kind of doubt that is it. Can you tighten it back up at the clutch perch? If not, you are gonna have to pull the clutch cover. Hopefully you did not weld the clutch rod/ball together. This is a common problem with higher revving banshees. Always make sure to put the proper amount of gear oil into the tranny. This will help to prevent failure of coarse. I always add about an additional 1/8 of a quart when changing oil. But that is just me. Good luck and I hope its nothing bad!
